From start to finish my experience was phenomenal. Guardian was timely and responsive to all my communication. The install team did an excellent job. The product appears to be first rate and just received its first test by Irma. No rattling or any issues whatsoever even with relentless winds for 12+ hours.

Never showed up to provide quotation. However considering the attitude during the first contact phone conversation I can not recommend this company.

They were phenomenal. The owner came out and priced the job and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a price that was better than most other folks and we had priced around. I had some recommendations from neighbors, but Angie's List recommended him. There was no down payment, we didn't pay until the work was completed. They did the whole house and had 26 windows to put up and they completed the work in less than a day. I've recommended them to my neighbors who have now used them too.

I did not get shutters after all of my frantic searching, but want to commend all contractors in Angie's List for responding to me by reaching out and attempting to help me !!!

On time, great Crew - shutters are on and we are waiting for Hurricane Irma.

The whole process was easy from the initial sales meet, help with paper work and HOA, permit submittal/closeout and the installation. Every step was in a timely manner and everyone we dealt with from Guardian was kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgable. We would recommend Guardian to anyone.

I sent in a rather negative review earlier. I was perhaps a little hasty in submitting my less than positive review earlier. Within hours of submitting my earlier review, the owner called me personally and provided me with me with a heartfelt apology and a detailed explanation of his company's situation. His business is quite busy right now and rightly so. Based on the owner's display of genuine concern for his customer's well being and satisfaction with the services provided, I must admit, my earlier review was based on erroneous first impressions. I can tell anyone contemplating using Guardian to provide hurricane protection for their home or business, do not hesitate. Just understand, this company is quite busy at this time of the year. In summary, I was profoundly impressed by the response I received directly from the owner based on my earlier review

I selected them for my hurricane shutter service. I think that they helped in knowing their competition and setting themselves apart. They met somebody else's price. It would have been nice if they would have been even better than the other ones in the first shot, but given the option they were a better product and they were willing to meet someone else's price. So far they've been on top of everything and I'm just waiting for installation. They had given me an advanced notice that it was going to take until probably April.
