I was referred by Lloyd to get my Firemagic grill repaired. When that did not work - called back and spoke to Matt. He promised call back. NO CALL. Called back again - he forgot and promised to return call - NO CALL. Called back again and spoke to Lloyd - Matt is out to lunch and will call you back. NO CALL BACK went through same thing with them to get the grill serviced in Dec, 2012. Extremely Poor Service. If you are spending Thousands on a grill and service calls are as much as a new Weber - I expect a lot more. Called Lee's BBQ in Boca - got a call back within 2 hours !!!
Description of Work: Cannot get them to call back. When you visit the shop - Lloyd and his wife(?) are extremely pleasant and helpful.

I think for the cost of the service I over-paid by at least a $1000. The sales guy told me it was a 3 day job. One day to remove the old tiles; one day to prep and set the new tiles and one day to put the new grill in place. Keep in mind they slid the new grill in and laid the new tile over the places the old tile had been. Prep time was at an absolute minimum. I was charged half of the project on 8/5/2011. It was finished 9/7/2011. So much for a 3 day job. Which I believe it was a 3 day job. The grout powder prior to mixing got all over the concrete patio. The guys said no worries they would clean that up. Nope. I had to scrub on my hands and knees. I was quoted a larger stainless steel door under the sink but I needed a vented door. The cost didn't change. I mention the sink because again it was a remove and set back in. No plumbing required. The grill was an expensive grill and I understand the $2200 for that, but $3000 for literally 16 12x12 tiles and 60 3x3 tiles that were set in less than 90 minutes seems expensive. Then to make me snap....the battery operated ignition on this expensive grill would light and would continue to click until I removed the battery. I called them. The "fix" for this known problem(his words) was to pull the entire grill forward because the spring was bunched not allowing the igniter to release. If it's a known problem don't leave until you know it works properly on a $2200 grill!! It works now and looks great but I had to constantly call and get a status update on when the grill would be complete. The customer shouldn't have to do this.....let alone for a premium product.
Description of Work: Removed old tile back splash and old built-in outdoor grill. Updated the back splash with new tile, bought a new grill and hooked it up. Remove old sink and replace with same sink...no plumbing required.
