Description of Work: My 12 year-old car was in the dealership for a major engine repair. During testing, they found that my radiator was plugged and would soon overheat. | |I did research online and talked to a friend who's worked on this model car. I didn't want to pay the dealer's high price. | |I called Griffen Auto Care. They gave me a much lower estimate, and they were highly rated. | |I told the dealer that I was having my car towed elsewhere. | |The dealer negotiated down twice. They gave me a fair percentage off all work. Plus, I already had their loaner car. | |Therefore, I no longer had a reason to tow my car to Griffin. | |However, I would contact them before I contact the dealership on another major problem. |

Description of Work: Resuscitated my Volvo after if had been in hibernation for 2 years w/ hard to find battery, fluid changes, updated electronic locks, w/ no appt. Great waiting room, expert people, Way better than local Volvo dealer service.
