It was a really great experience. Anthony was very professional, on time and answered all the questions I had. He also went above and beyond as we realized the people who remodeled the kitchen before had cut corners and hadn’t properly built certain areas of the cabinets and kick plates. He hand cut several pieces and actually fixed a few areas as he replaced the flooring.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. It was a job that most flooring companies, probably, would not have taken. Anthony Iannone, the owner, spent 2 days doing the work. Mr. Iannone’s experience in the flooring business was evident as he was able to strip the concrete clean from the old adhesive (a very difficult task due to the type of glue used). It made for a successful floating floor installation. Dealing with Mr. was a pleasure.

Anthony showed up promptly and ready to get the job done. Planks replaced and floor looks fantastic! Reasonably priced too. Would totally hire him again and highly recommend!

Anthony refinished the solid wood parquet floor in a 3 BR 2 BA rental unit we purchased, and did a beautiful job. Now it looks brand new! The original flooring was badly "dished" and scratched from a previous refinishing attempt, and the old stain was very dark. There were also a number of parquet squares that needed to be replaced due to water damage. Anthony know exactly what to do, and with the new finish, it looks like a model home. Anthony is the best!

it went great ! I called and an appointment was made for an estimate for two days later. A fair price was agreed upon. When I was ready I called on a friday, he was there on monday and the job was completed on tuesday. It was a tough job and most contractors I contacted didn't want the job. Anthony did a fantastic job , better than I expected and left a clean work place when completed. I couldn't have happier!

We had Gold Coast Hardwood Floor refinish the floors in our house and guest cottage in three stages over the course of a year. At every stage, Anthony Iannone (the owner of Gold Coast Hardwood Floor) did an outstanding job to sand the old wood floor finishing, prepare the floor by filling in cracks and nail holes, and then applying oil-based polyurethane finish. In addition, he fabricated several thresholds to transition from hardwood floor to tile – these thresholds were custom-made and perfectly matched the color of the refinished hardwood floor. The quality of the work performed was outstanding. Everyone who has seen our refinished floors has remarked that they look gorgeous! We highly recommend Anthony Iannone and Gold Coast Hardwood Floor for their professionalism and superb quality of their work.

I called Gold Coast Hardwood Flooring on Friday the 11th and spoke to the owner and explained about the loose step that was coming undone,I text him a few pictures. He came the next morning at 9:30...took 30 min. to repair...looks perfect. He was polite, professional, puntual just a real pleasure. Will definately recommend Gold Coast Hardwood Flooring.:)

Excellent! Beautiful work, reasonable price, very reliable

Just purchased a 60 year old home built on a crawl space with very uneven floors (hills and valleys). Half of the home had hardwood floors that had been refinished so often the nails were showing thru. Anthony installed new wood on top of the old. The other half of the house was built on a slab where he laid plywood before installing the new flooring. What he had to work with was so much less than ideal. Anthony did his best to sand down some of the "hills" in the old floor and his efforts made a huge difference. He worked in the small kitchen, around the newly painted cabinetry and I haven't found a scratch. This isn't pre-finished product, Anthony installs raw wood, sands, finishes, refinishes, refinishes, and buffs them too. A workman with less experience really could have made a mess out of this floor. Anthony is a professional workman and artist. When he was finished the floors were so smooth and beautiful, you just want to lay on them. Certainly don't want anyone to walk on them. Ever. The floors belong in a million dollar home. Truly beautiful and worth the investment!

In a matter of hours of calling and talking to Anthony, he was at my house doing the job. He was very friendly, professional and very easy to work with. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much Anthony!

Excellent. Anthony is the real deal. Gold Coast is a small company and I hope it stays that way. It is Anthony who makes the company great. He does honest work and does it with pride. I worked with him a bit on the project (because I like to be involved and learn) and I could tell that Anthony is more a craftsman than a "flooring guy." He is fair in his pricing but refuses to cut corners and do shoddy work. If you are simply looking for a bargain, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want a great job, give Anthony a call to see what he can do. Also, I was impressed by his cleanliness during the job.

It went great. He showed up when he said he would and finished on schedule. It is a messy process and he kept the dust down pretty well. My floor is still beautiful.

Using Angie's List, I identified a highly rated hardwood floor installer and called Anthony to discuss. All of the details were worked out by phone and he managed to fit my project ahead of the scheduled date. They came the day prior to installation and did some minor prep work on the concrete slab and then returned the next day and completed the job. On time, on budget, done right. That's the way it is supposed to work.

He was so easy going and accommodating and started and finished exactly when he said he would. My other contractors we also very impressed.

Anthony and Mike did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. They were professional, on-time and cleaned up after the job was finished. They were able to fashion a new oak transition piece to replace one of our's that a previous owner had installed using a fake plastic wood. The final price was as quoted.

The floors look terrific, they protected our moldings and appliances and where they felt the floors needed filling between the boards they did an excellent job filling and sanding. They were dependable and did excellent work. They were not the lowest price we received to do the job but for the value we received they were well worth it!

They did an incredible job across the board. The previous owner refinished the floors himself and did a horrendous job, with several notable gouges throughout the rooms. Today, not a single one is visible and the floors are in pristine condition! Anthony counseled me every step of the way regarding the pet stains, and patiently worked with me to match the color of the new boards to that of the old (2012 red oak is different from 1957 red oak), and I couldn't be happier with the results. He and Mike make a great team, are execeptionally trustworthy, professional and hard working, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with similar needs down the line. For some context, I'm a perfectionist and would not write this review if they hadn't delivered against unusually (and admittedly sometimes unreasonably) high standards! They are also very clean, and my place is not nearly as dusty as I had expected.

Anthony spent a lot of time sanding the floor, and fixing the damage. When he was done it looked like a new floor. He was neat and punctual, and polite. His price may not be the lowest, but we feel we got our money's worth with the job that was done.
