We had a problem with our generator when we lost power on Friday .Generator Supercenter responded immediately. Sean came to assess what happened and took time to tell us what the problem was. Early Monday morning Bill came to order what parts were needed. They were both knowledgeable and thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired the defective SSM unit, the failure of which was preventing electricity from flowing to our main a/c unit. I would definitely ask for him to effectuate any repairs on our generator.
