+ -1 moreThey came out last year and replaced our garage door opener and put 10 yr warranty on invoice. It started going up and down on its own again. I called, they said couldn’t come for 8 days. When they came out they replaced with a cheaper unit and charged us same $500 for cheaper unit that was suppose to be warrantied by them. They said they would email invoice. Never sent invoice. I got on line and unit was $128 at Home Depot. Tried to call them and they would not answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Garage Door Services 1-800-942-9096 Tech’s name Sam. They will rip you off.
