Great experience, general manager gave me his phone number and any time I have an issue with my pool he always answer, Desmont the service tech is great, also is the only company that offers the intellic tech route providing a free vacuum cleaner , my pool is always clean..

Mike and Jose at Fountain Blue Pools, are both exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasantly responsive. I have a 22 year old pool that is not only outdated, but very complex (infinity edge). I had been advised by more than one "professional" pool company to replace the entire pool and setup. Mike and Jose were able to easily and efficiently repair and enhance the existing setup. These two are exemplary employees, probably the best that I have experienced in my 30 years in South Florida. I would recommend them all day long.

poor work, my pool looks like a swamp, discolored. My tiles were installed cracked, most of them, and they trap dirt and cannot be cleaned. I have called them and emailed them and they respond by saying I will get back to you before the end of the day, with no return call. Stay away from them. They emailed me yesterday stating it normally takes a year for the pool to cure and we have look at your pool and it is beautiful.

Avoid this company at all costs. I have renovated homes, pool decks, and pools and have dealt with various contractors over the years. I have NEVER dealt with one as unprofessional and unresponsive as this one. We constructed a pool to the tune of 78K, and we have been left with a spa that randomly drains on its own, pavers that are uneven and tripping hazards, and LED lights that do not work consistently. We have spent hours emailing and calling and meeting techs at our home and these issues persist. We have hired a lawyer at this point, only for the company to send a letter lying and self-serving stating that they repaired each issue identified which they have NOT. Unless you want to deal with this kind of headache, hire a different pool company.

These people were able to fix a skimmer leak that had been fixed several times in the past by someone else, this time it's right. No problems after 5 months. Thank you.

Do not use this company to build your dream pool in your back yard. 4 years after they built my pool and already issues of poor installation are rearing their head and guess what... the materials they used, their vendor is out of business. Their service people come to look at the issue and tell you it has something to do with the installation of the raised wall but their manager of construction will tell you it is because you are maintaining your pool wrong, even though the pool itself is spotless and any area where water touches the tile, the tile is sparkling clean with no issues. The only issues are on the wall. This company shifts blame on anyone other than themselves. They have no pride in workmanship as they will not stand by their work over their weak 1-year warranty. Good luck if you call them and expect any resolution. I had to try for 2 months to get my issue resolved which with the reason why they will not fix their issue, they could have told me that over the phone. Instead, it has been a manhunt for 2 months, 2 different people had to come by the house because the Manager of construction did nothing after the first guy came to look at the issue. This company is not worthy enough of the business of anyone in South Florida. Do yourself a favor and find another more reputable company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

A bit difficult to work with when it came to communications, but the final product is what matters most and that was a "10". Price was great as well.

Based on our awful and disastrous experience with Fountain Blue Pools, we would never recommend using them and we found them to be a company we could not trust. I reached out numerous times by phone and email to speak with the owner, Joe Galan, but he was non-responsive. Galan has also ignored our recent 558 Notice to remedy their negligent mistakes. I designed the pool, provided drawings, check list of requested details and equipment, conceptual architectural drawings, photos & they did not follow them. Their manager/supervisor failed to manage and supervise the job and failed to be present during excavation, plumbing, gunite, plaster and even after the work was done, none of them caught the errors until the next phase of work. I have been chasing Fountain Blue to correct their work, but they are still non-responsive. After contracting with Fountain Blue, two of my subcontractors warned me not to use them because one had a bad experience using them on his pool and the other had issues with them on other jobs. I was hoping for the best, but it was like working with a moving target where everything they did was not communicated internally, not managed or supervised, they had to redo everything multiple times, they did not follow plans, drawings, provided photos or our contract and they damaged our property and three of our neighbors property, which one has been waiting for over a year for Fountain Blue to pay for damages. Fountain Blue tried to later deny they didn't do the damages, but they had already told my neighbor they would handle their damages, we had other witnesses and I had photos of them doing the damage. Fountain Blue installed a narrower pool beam than in our agreed paperwork that was too narrow to handle the size of the coping, they did not install the pool beam and steps level and had to later saw the pool beam, they did not compact well around the pool and failed to inspect the pool after gunite and there were multiple vertically cracks down the middle of the pool, which was discovered on the day of plaster. The gunite company had to come back to staple the pool. One of the biggest debacles performed by Fountain Blue is they installed the skimmer so low that the water barely makes it to the bottom of the 6 inch waterline tile. As a result of the skimmer being installed abnormally low and with the overflow, the water will never fill up in the pool. We specifically requested a modern pool and provided photos and discussed and emailed with Jim that we wanted if possible for the skimmer to be installed higher than normal to give the look of the pool being filled close to the top and at a minimum to cover half of the 6 inch tile which is standard. On the day of plaster one of the supervisors showed up only to pick up a check before they started and the company refused to start unless we gave them advance payment. It was at that time the supervisor asked me, "why was the skimmer installed so low?". That supervisor left b

County Permitting and inspections caused this major project to be very delayed, but the quality, customer service and follow up services of this pool construction company are excellent.

I had an extensive remodel as well as a spa added a few years ago. For over a year I have been trying to contact this company in order to have the crack, which is now two cracks, looked at. I have been their customer for 11 years. Not only did they not fix the cracks, they will not even return a phone call to discuss. The added Spa is sinking and pulling away from the existing pool and needs to be fixed before more damage is done. I feel less than valued by this company. I guess they don't need any more of my money. The 18K they got from the remodel was enough. I am no longer a loyal customer.

It was a great experience from the start Joanna was a great sales person and designed the pool exactly how we wanted. She gave us exactly what we wanted, price up front with no hidden fees at the end. Price was good and the pool was installed on-time as promised. All the workers were professionals, work area kept clean and customer service always responded on any issues or questions. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Highly recommend as the workmanship was impeccable. The only complaint we had was customer service at times was a bit lacking. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased. The work was done on time and all the workers are very knowledgeable and very nice.

I thought the workers who did the remodel were very professional. They worked in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were finished.

I found them to be very professional on the phone and followed up with a detailed email 0f the work to be done. I haven't had a call or follow up from them . The salesman had told me after heater was installed and found to be working as promised we would settle up with the money. However when the installer came he said he had to have the full amount before he would start the work. He did the install and made sure it worked before he left and I haven't heard from the company since.
