These contractors are excellent!!! Workers were totally professional, wore masks at all times and upon completion cleaned up as if they were never there...the end product was a brand new floor that looks fantastic!!!!.....would definitely hire for my next project.

It went fast easy and as pleasant an experience as one could have with major work being done in your home. Jason was one of the most professional service providers I have ever dealt with. The flooring looks amazing and makes a colossal difference in the way my home looks.

We put it on hold for the present but will use them when the time comes. They knew just what we wanted and wanted to spend were punctual on arriving for an estimate and professional.

The service went really well. The installers were prompt and on time everyday and were very efficient. They did a whole 650 square foot area in 4 days while properly handling our kitchen appliances and half bath fixtures with care

Mr. Gange came to our house and provided an estimate. He is a fine gentleman and made a professional presentation of our options. The crew showed up on time with a 1 hour phone call notice that they were on their way. The crew was polite and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the entire process and result.

Jason Gange was a professional who stood out from the several other flooring contractors who came to my house to provide a quote. He was not the lowest or the highest quote but I decided to go with his company due to his professional appearance and attitude. I knew from the very beginning that he was knowledgeable, professional, and would do what it took to complete the job correctly. He did exactly those things. It will a large project that he completed on time. In fact, his workers cleaned my house every night before they went home! I will go to him first for my next flooring project and have recommended and will continue to recommend him to friends.

I was in a hurry to get the work done before the holidays and had to travel, so when they said they could do it soon, I ordered the floor. I was not advised that the floor was thicker than the previous one, and that the baseboards would have to be replaced. The Workers didn't speak English well, and they were in a really big hurry. When I point out that they were not measuring the baseboards correctly they said they didn't have time, waved me away and continued. They also didn't pay any attention to the pattern of the individual pieces which were very frequently repeating. When I show Jason the issues he only sort of addressed them. The floor has not held up great although it does look pretty nice. Overall, I feel that I spent too much for a mediocre product and poor workmanship. In their defense, Jason said that his "good " worker/foreman had been injured right before my installation started, but the whole experience was not good.

The work performed by install crew Tom was first class. The floor looks great and they cleaned up perfectly after the job. However, Jason Gage the owner of Floor Coverings International is very difficult to contact. He has an answering service keeps apart from his clients and he doesn't return calls. From the beginning of our contact with FCI we had difficulty getting the job going. The rep that called on us was let go and replaced by another person. Jeremy was enthusiastic but didn't follow up very well to keep us appraised about the timing of our job. They had some difficulty in obtaining the materials for our job but didn't let us know. It was a classic case of over promise and under deliver! We selected FCI because of the very positive reviews on Angie's list. I feel this company need to work on their communication process. The owner shouldn't be afraid to talk to his clients. Jason, take a hint from a guy like Earl Stewart Toyota who encourages his customers to call him directly or Russell Green of Grand Bank who puts his personal cell phone number on his business card.

They were excellent to work with - in touch with the condo management and regulations (re the underlay, the elevator). They arrived as scheduled and all went very well.

I needed this job done quickly, and they were able to accommodate. Wood flooring was installed in 2 bedrooms, plus new moldings. Nice service.

This contractor installed carpeting in our bedroom and installed laminated hardwood in our dining room, living room and TV room. The workers were fast, efficient and very clean. Their work was immaculate and we could not be more satisfied. We will definitely hire this company again should we ever have the need. |We highly recommend them

The floors have “made” the home! These two bedrooms were disgusting to even stand in, let alone sleep in, and I would not sleep in the new home until the floors were replaced. They did the job quickly, with no drama, and very little mess, if any. Everyone asks us about these new floors, and says they are beautiful. We agree! They finished the job in one day. It is not a large home.

The Carpet and Tile removal was a huge mess as we knew it would be. That is why we made arrangements to stay in a Hotel during most of the job. They worked very hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. They also do Beautiful Work. After the floors were done they put up new 5in. Baseboards painted White. That made the floors stand out and looked even more Beautiful.Jason spent considerable time with us in picking out the Flooring and We couldn't be more Happy with the Flooring we chose.

Everything went fine with their work. I would recommend them. Scheduling was good and they were responsive. The only thing was that they charged me $400 extra to prep the floors since it was carpet before hardwood. Other than that, everything was fine.

The work was fine. They were quick and efficient with their work. They showed up on time. The salesman came to me and showed me the carpet samples and I wanted the colors and quality to be as close as possible to the current carpet. They came very close. He was very knowledgeable but he could have been a little more personable. They cleaned up well and put the furniture back in place when they were done.

They did an excellent job. The salesman was good with the follow up and for coordinating everything.

They were very professional, very timely. Listened to what we had to say, and helped with our direct needs. He was very quick with the work, and efficient. Very painless experience.

On the 3rd day of the install, the floor mechanic approached my wife & I and asked us to look at the material he was installing. The material was damaged with a fine series of scratches that were below the glossy surface of the plank. These planks were mixed in with the good material and damaged sometime before it reached the packaging stage in the manufacture process. The floor mechanic had gone through the entire allotment of material and found a significant amount of damaged material in the portion delivered to us. Subsequently, we also discovered that the material had other defects.. Our salesman came & inspected the material and agreed that something was wrong. He escalated the problem to the manufacturer and that representative showed up. His input was to define the problem as a local product batch defect. The agreed solution was to stop the install and get a entire new batch of material from a different regional source. 2 Weeks later, the material was delivered and found to be also defective. At this point the manufacturer stood up and ate the entire cost of the install. He insisted that we find another product, preferably from his line; but not necessarily, and redo the entire installation.. The new product install went of perfectly and we are VERY impressed with the treatment we received from Floor Coverings International, the Salesman, the floor mechanics and their Product Manufacturer. It's not often you see this kind of integrity in the Home Improvement marketplace. Thanks Floor Coverings International!

I called Floor Coverings International and Jason Barba came out the next day. He showed my wife and I a bunch of different samples and gave us suggestions that made a lot of sense. The installers came out and did a wonderful job. Jason managed the whole project. We will definitely use them again.

I called Jason Barba and told him I only had a very small job and asked if he could do it. He said no problem. He sent a carpet installer the next morning first thing. The job was done in an hour and I couldn't be happier.
