I called this company to get a quote for a residential backflow on my sprinkler line. They gave me a quote for thousands of dollars for both my drinking water line (not even required by the city) and my sprinkler line and then charged me $100 for the useless overpriced quote! Their price did not sound right so I called other companies and they offered to do the job for only $400. Calling Flamingo backflow was a total waste of time and money!

Placed in excess of 10 calls to try to get a quote for major work. After speaking with owners office staff and leaving messages and complaining about the fact that I am not getting return calls, finally (on October 10th,) one of owners employees stated that I must send in a set of plans to SEE IF OWNER WOULD LIKE TO BID ON THE JOB. This could have been explained on call #1 rather than keeping me waiting expecting a return call over this entire period of time. This contractor is currently and has been doing my backflow preventer work in the past but does not contact his callers. His follow up is less than zero and simply wastes the callers time. I will go out of my way in the future to ensure that he gets no more work from me whatsoever as I really do not appreciate a plumbing contractor who does not have his employees organized and treats his clients as if their time is worth nothing while his time is most valuable.\ RESIDENTIAL CONCEPTS by WOLFE Arny Wolfe 561-312-1423

Matt, the man they sent did an excellent job. He was very professional.

Each annual inspection must be within 12 months of the previous inspection. Flamingo schedules our inspections to be as close to 12 months as possible. A company previously employed would schedule thir inspection after 10 or 11 months, eventually requiring two inspections in the same calendar year. Flamingo is very reliable & professional, and respects our need to comply with the law without incurring additional, unnecessary costs to the condominium.

I have also used them for my backflow in the building and was happy with their professionalism. Flaming also installed my new hot water heater. Neat, clean and fast with a fair price. They are a good company and are very reliable

. When I called, a friendly representative answered immediately. I explained the problem of slow drainage, and they had someone to my house within an hour. The service man was professional and cleaned out the main line in a short time. He was only in the front of my house. He was able to answer my questions about a recurring problem. I just don't know if the amount he told me was what was standard because he said that he went by the book, and I wasn't allowed to see the book. I called the company to ask what the price should normally be, and the representative couldn't tell me because she just answers the phone. So I suppose it was fair, but I can't know. If I was just shown the book that they go by, I would have been satisfied.

Man came on time, wore little booties. Was clean an very thorough. Replaced my hot water heater and was gone within the hour. No fuss no muss. And a very satisfied customer>

Very professional and fair company. They went to bat for us with Maytag and we really appreciate it. Would hire them in the future with confidence.

With this company everything has went great. They are very responsive and through in their work. They really went above and beyond to get everything straightened out for me. The office staff was very courteous and professional. They even called the city for me so I wasn't penalized for being late on getting the back flow test performed. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone.
