Our appointment was for 9:30 and they arrived promptly. First thing they did was to take a "case history". Then, they checked out each possible source of the problem; I also got a blow-by-blow account of the process. Mr. Garner certainly has a sense of humor! Even though the A/C is installed in our master closet no mess was made. They were here for a total of 2.5 hours. Everything seems to be working fine and I will be signing up to have the A/C checked twice a year (summer and winter).
Description of Work: Our AC was not cooling. Mr. Garner and his technician checked for gas leaks, gas pressure, etc. They replaced the evaporator fan relay and pressure cleaned the evaporator fan and blower assembly with coil cleaner. They also replaced the thermostat with a much easier to read digital one.
