+ 0 moreFamily Vacuum took my carpet cleaner in and had it fixed within 3 days and for a very reasonable cost. Very friendly and never once expressed that it couldn't be fixed. I now know where all my carpet cleaner/vacuums will be going to be fixed from now on. Kudos to Family Vacuum Inc.
Description of Work: My carpet cleaner wasn't sucking up the water. Took it somewhere else and was told (after 5 days) to just go buy another carpet cleaner as mine could not be fixed.

+ 0 moreThese services were not done in my home they were done at Family Vacuum 4455 West Roads Drive West Palm Beach, FL 33407 From the minute I walked into Family Vacuum until the day I walked out with my new vacuum the service and expertise and kindness was exceptional. I cannot say enough about the competence and fairness of how Mr. and Mrs. Kuschel treated me. If you have a problem with your vacuum don't waste your time going to anyone else but Family Vacuum.
Description of Work: I had brought my old cannister vacuum into Family Vacuum owned by Georgeen & Dale Kuschel The problem with my vacuum was I thought that is was all stuffed up with dog hair. They fixed it a few days and I picked it up and brought it home. It seemed to pick up ok but it would run for fifteen minutes and then stopped. I call up Family Vacuum and Georgeen said to bring it over and they would see what else they could do. I told her if I needed a new vacuum then I was willing to do that. She spent three days trying to fix my vacuum( it ended up being the hose and it couldn't be replaced) so that I wouldn't have to spend the money on a new vacuum. When I came in this Saturday her husband Dale called her up and she said that she had looked all over to find a hose for me. I have never had a repair place extend themselves to try to help me save money. However I did buy a new vacuum a Panasonic and Mr.& Mrs. took $100 off the price. Who could ask for anything more.
