We had our mini-split installed recently, and my wife and I are very happy with the results, cost, and the overall experience we had with Ewing & Ewing AC. We were quoted a reputable unit of smaller size than other vendors quoted, and which turned out to be the perfect size based on cooling performance on a hot August day. I highly recommend them.

Al returned my call for help almost immediately even though it was on a Saturday. He arrived well within the time he said he would be here and fixed my A/C0Heat Unit. They did a great job. They do observe Covid 19 mandates even indoors. Also the job didn't take very long couple of hours, they did what was needed, cleaned up after themselves. I feel like they have always done a great job, especially with diagnosing the issue. Will be my goto as I do like how nice the people I work with have been.

i selected Ewing & Ewing because of Angie's list ratings. After 25+ years with a Jupiter company who last year did not honor a 10-yr. parts warranty on my new 2018 unit, my pocketbook plus my feelings were quite hurt. Ewing was on time,totally professional, and courteous. Booties, mask and gloves were worn. Then the bill was a few dollars less than than the $98 quote. An excellent experience with my NEW a/c company.

Once again the technician was personable and engaging and explained the process and did not mind me accompanying him around.

My AC unit was due for a maintenance check. The technician called before coming out to make sure I would be home ( I like that). When the technician arrived he covered his shoes so he wouldn’t track dirt through the house, I appreciate that. The tech was professional, and he knew his product. It did not take him long to service my unit. I could tell the job was done right because it felt cooler than it did before he serviced the unit. I was so glad I had the maintenance agreement plan. I would Recommend Ewing & Ewing to my family and friends. The owner is a really nice guy as well, very very nice and understanding and will work with you if there is a problem.

Air conditioning running all day to cool house. Called tech and he said Freon was low and could replace it at about 100 per bottle. No guarantee on how long it would last. I decided it was time to get a new unit as mine was 15 years old. I had a Ewing tech out last year after having several other companies out. Ewing was the only one that told me that I didn't need a new AC and they could keep the old one going. Knew it was time this year. They replaced mine the NEXT Day at $400 less than two other companies and so far everything is great. They were on time and in and out in about 5 hours.

They installed a new coil and quoted me one price on the phone then gave me a higher price once the work was finished. This was warranty work the part was free but the labor cost us $1100 for 3 hours work.

Super company!! Will definitely use again. Technician by the name of Ray was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Showed up exactly when he said he would.Had another company attempt to find the leak but to no avail. Ray not only found it but also took the time to put some installation back to where it had been pulled from by a previous company. Highly recommend this company.

I initially had Ewing & Ewing come out to inspect the source of a noise that was coming from my air handler. I made the initial contact on a Saturday and this was an after hours situation but I was contacted within the hour of my phone call by Chris (Ewing, I believe). He gave me a suggestion that he thought may have a positive effect and that was to change out the air filter. I change my air filter regularly but I figured if it worked, it would end up being an easy and inexpensive fix. My wife contacted me at work and informed me that the noise had stopped but I decided to keep the appointment for the technician just the same; which was on the Monday following my initial call. I had Jeff show up at the house and do the diagnostic evaluation and he informed that everything checked out okay. Again, I felt relief at the fact that no major issues had surfaced and at worst, I had a check up of the system, which I figured I was due for anyway. Come Thursday of that same week, I came home and found the house to be uncomfortably hot and went to check the thermostat. Sure enough, the temperature was at 77 degrees and when I investigated further, the air handler had frozen over because the fan was not functioning at all!!! As you may imagine, I had quite a number of thoughts go through my head, insofar as how well the initial diagnostic evaluation was conducted to begin with and why had the issue not handled during that evaluation. I made a phone call and Jeff came back out and confirmed that the issue was an electronic module that controls the fan and even worse, given that it was a Saturday, no way to get the part until Monday. I was upset, to say the least. I made a phone call and initially made contact with Chris again and I asked to speak to the owner. My request was honored and I had J.R. Ewing give me a call and he was understanding and willing to work with me. Ultimately, given the excellent service and customer care all was worked out and I ultimately had my wife subscribe to their "Air One" membership for any future service needs.
