Everything Must Go was in transition and I was not able to assist [member name removed] with her move - all I could do was refer her until I was settled and able to reorganize for Florida. I feel I did everything I could for [member name removed] considering my company was not available to assist other than a referral to another great estate sale company. As I recall, I shared ideas and concepts about her upcoming estate sale.

When we were offered a great job relocation opportunity (in Germany) it was contingent upon being able to move immediately. We knew we could ship only a few of our things and didn?t want to store a house full of other items for an undetermined amount of time. Any relocation can be challenging, but moving from a 5-Bedroom, 3,500-square foot home in PA to a 800 sq ft apartment overseas within a matter of a few weeks seemed unmanageable. Barbara & Noelle?s services with Everything Must Go, LLC provided us with a great option and a huge relief. They responded quickly to our first call, with a site visit the next day to review our situation and make a recommendation. They assured us that they could do ?as much as? or ?as little as? we wanted them to in order to liquidate what we didn?t want to or didn?t have time to, and to prepare the home for sale afterward. Since we had to leave for Germany within a week, we opted for all the help we could get. This allowed us to focus on the most important task at hand; preparing ourselves for our own move and the new job while they took care of everything else. They were able to advertise, prepare for and hold an estate sale within 1 week after our initial discussion. They handled the set-up, pricing and sales negotiations while being attentive to safety issues during the sale itself. They kept us informed via email on how things were progressing before and during the sale and provided us with a detailed final accounting summary. They managed to sell almost everything, and what didn?t sell, they took care of delivering to our stated charity. Lastly, they left the house s*** and span, ready for new owners to move in! Given the emotional significance a liquidation in one? life (for any reason), you want someone who is professional, discreet and sensitive. Even though this was a happy occasion for us, these are qualities I really appreciated in Barbara and Noelle. Naturally, we were happy to have successful financial results, but moreover, we were relieved that we could leave everything in their hands.
Description of Work: 1) Estate Liquidation: Planned, Advertised, Priced, Staged, Staffed and Managed an estate sale (furniture, artwork, rugs, gardening equipment, tools, bedding, linens, kitchen stuff...etc.) 2) Removal of remaining items from house, including sending usable items to our selected charity 3) Total cleaning of house to prepare it for final sale and settlement.
