I emailed them and tried calling them and never got a response. I dont think that is professional at all.

Brigitte was prompt, professional, and provided personalized service durng a very stressful time for our family. She came to the property to assess our needs, arranged for the optimum approach toward selling the items, and made sure that the propoerty was ready for sale to a new owner. Brigitte connected us with an auction house that provided services as well.

I tried to keep in contact regarding this sale. I was told repeatedly she was having trouble with her phone. Her estimate of what the sale would bring and what actually happened were very far apart. There was no way to determine what was sold or for what price. The service of and quot;broom cleanand quot; at the end of the sale was not done either. I still had things in the house that I had to remove before closing on the property. I do not believe she lived up to what she said she was going to do for this sale. I would not reccomend this company.

My father passed away in Florida. I live in another state. I needed to deal with all his home furnishings, memorabilia and other personal effects. Brigitte came over and talked about her company. She ran the sale early November. It was professionally done from the set up to the sale, including parking lot attendants. Once the sale was over she had the rest of the items removed. She had excellent phone and email communications. Her fee was 30% of the sales. Very reasonable. She is extremely honest. Upon finding $600 that my father had hidden, she immediately emailed me, then mailed a check for with the final payment check. Both checks were received less than a week after the sale. She did everything she promised and more. I couldn't improve on anything.

She came over and looked at all his belongings, and felt she could sell most of it. What she couldn't sell, she would donate or haul away. If certain items didn't bring the price she expected, she would take them on consignment and auction them off. Her price for all this was 30% of the proceeds. She told us not to throw anything out. We set a date for the sale, and she handled everything else. She brought in a professional team handle the sales, parking etc. Within a week of the sale, I had a check for my portion. While she was arranging things, she found $600 that my father had hidden. She immediately informed me of it, and sent me a check to cover it. It made one of the more difficult times in my life so simple. She handled it honestly, professionally, and quickly. She communicated every step effectively and timely. I recommend her to anyone who needs a loved ones estate handled.
