I had seven-and-a-half-hours of odd jobs. Dan skipped lunch and worked without s break. I had a leaky shower. Instead of replacing the entire unit for a cost of $40-$50, he sent me to a plumbing supply store that charged me less than seven dollars. Dan installed four ceiling fans and made an adjustment that saved a fifth. Hating Dan is always money well-spent.

Dan was everything one would want. He was responsive, on time, excellent communication, and very professional. He left the job site spotless and did exactly as promised.

Dan is amazing. I called him to replace a faucet and to do a half dozen small jobs. When cleaning out under the sink, we found a lead unrelated to the faucet. Dan fixed it. He also ran wires through the wall for my television and completed several other tasks throughout the house. If there were a grade higher than A, I would use it.

Dan is a terrific all-around handyman, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the damage to our window. He had to shop for a new lock for the window which was out-of date and get an appropriately-sized window pane to replace the one which was cracked. He did a superb job, was very efficient and paid attention to details. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

He came to do a different job all together. He heard a phone conversation I was having with the proposed other contractor and after he explained what he could do and what was actually necessary - BAM - let's go!!!

Very sharp guy, highly professional, on time. Very conscientious worker, no goofing around. Detail oriented, wants it done right. I would highly recommend him.

We needed this done in a hurry as the bad area was discovered during a house painting. He responded quickly and came the next afternoon, calling first. The work was completed quickly and very well done. His main specialty is mirrors and glasswork.

Dan was fantastic. He struck me as being a very conscientious worker. He seemed to have genuine concern that the job be done right the first time so that there would be no problems down the road. He understood the importance of applying just the right amount of pressure to the new screws so as to not compromise the integrity of the rubber grommet which seals the hole from above the metal. He understood that my type of roof is sealed from above and below the metal. The job was tedious and back-backing but he worked quickly and efficiently. And he charged me a fair price. I would use him again for other projects and I highly recommend him. A lot of handymen want to charge exorbitant hourly rates but not Dan. He's a fair guy.

My ac was leaking onto the floor; I needed to fix this, in addition to an ac cleanup. he was accommodating, but most importantly he didn't have an attitude and behaved like a mature clean cut adult, not like an angry washed up head banger. if he is still available locally as a handyman, he will me my go to guy from now on. I am soo relived that this guy exists. Not only was he eager to do a great job, it didn't cost me an arm and leg. I actually overpaid him because I wanted too. please note HE DID NOT OVERCHARGE ME, I insisted on paying him more than what he said I owed him.

We needed our washing machine repaired. Dan not only spent a lot of time repairing it, but he only charged us for the part since we are a non profit group! So nice of him! He is very kind and professional and explains what has to be done to get the job done right. He has been back a few times since then to do other things around the center (we are an animal rescue group), and he always tries his best to keep the costs down. He performed several tasks for us, and we are always happy with the result. It seems he is knowledgable in many areas, inclding electrical, masonry, plumbing, paint, and carpentry. A few of our volunteers have had him over to their home to do repairs as well, and I have heard good things. A professional, courteous man that is trustworthy and competent in his work.
