Culpepper Plumbing

Had to call in the early evening on a Sunday because my septic was backing up in the house. At first I scheduled for someone to come the next day, but Sean found someone who was working another job in the area and arranged for them to come that night instead. 30 minutes after my initial call, Eddie was at my house. He was incredibly kind and conscious while working, and explained everything as he worked so we knew what he was doing and how our system worked etc. He ran into numerous issues while working (lid under a thorny bougainvillea bush, another lid screwed on with stripped screws) but never complained. He came to empty our septic but also checked the flow out from the house and cleared a clog in there, and checked the flow to our drain field. Despite the extra work and hassle of the job, he did not try to charge more than we were quoted. Nor did he push unneeded services that many other companies do. Overall he did a great job and we will be relying on Culpepper in the future for our tank maintenance.

Sean and his team were excellent! They were thorough, professional and prompt. They were extremely knowledgeable, and were able to locate the issue within a short amount of time. They fixed our lift station pump and tested it several times to make sure the system was working properly. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem in one visit (and it was an issue that a competitor had made several visits for without being able to fix the problem). We will certainly use them again for any plumbing or septic needs. We've finally found a company we can trust!
