I had a SEVERE problem with a waterfall above my front door, NO RAIN GUTTERS!!! I saw a Crown Seamless Gutters truck on the interstate (and noted the Christian Fish symbol). My husband and I are Christians and decided to call. We were MORE than blessed!! They did a wonderful job, fast, efficient, and affordable. We would recommend them to anyone who needs gutters (repairs, replacement, or brand new). P.S. My neighbor also (by coincidence) had new rain gutters placed 1 day before us. So this is KUDOS FROM 2 CUSTOMERS!!

They were excellent! The people were great! The prices were cheaper than their competitors. I asked for supports every one foot and they put that in also at no extra charge. They were prompt and showed up on the day they said they would. I had no problems with them.

We saw a sign for the company in our neighborhood and called to get an estimate. The owner, Richard, arrived the next day (Saturday) on time and prepared a competitive quote. We made minor modifications at no additional charge and Faxed the quote back to him the same day. This allowed our job to be scheduled for Monday. When we arrived home on Monday, a crew of about 6 people had almost completed the job. We noted a couple of cosmetic issues (e.g., spots where the gutters bowed out at the corners) and they fixed those problems as they finished the installation. The installers were all very courteous. That evening, we had a rainstorm and noted a problem at one spot. We called the company and they promptly came to fix the problem. About a week later, we noted two other problems. Again, we called the company and they sent someone out promptly. Overall, the installation seems sound and we're confident the company will return to fix any other issues that may arise.

The estimate was average but I chose this company because they were available to complete the work in the least amount of time. The job was completed early. When the first big rain came the gutters were pouring the water into a low area in my yard which ended up flooding my porch. I called the company and asked them to move the downspout to the other side of the corner so I could redirect the flow of water. He told me that it was impossible which I find very tough to believe because you can see that the old paint job around the corner clearly marks where the old downspout used to be. He suggested I call an underground drainage specialist and gave me a name and number. The guy's name was Doug and he never returned my calls. I called back and he suggested that I go to Home Depot and buy the removable pipes to attach to my downspout in order to redirect the water flow. I plan to contact him again because I am not happy with this result and think he should be able to move the spout.
