At 98% finished and over a weeks time in extra labor the management expressed dissatisfaction in order to justify not paying the balance of the bill which was $500.00. The job was contracted for $3ooo.oo they chose not to honor the contract and paid $2500.00 leaving a contractual loss of $500.00. inadvertently with the extra time on the job our loss totaled $1500.oo. They were responsible for only $500.00. Their lack of cooperation just added to the loss and frustration of doing business with them. We found after that that there were other venders that had been ripped off and one was in a law suit over it. We took the loss as they expected we would because it cost more to take them to court.
Description of Work: We re striped the parking lot. We used D.O.T. traffic paint as stated in the proposal. After spending two days on the job. The property manager inspected it on the third day. This person expressed at that time that the job looked good so we continued without his assistance (which was essential) putting in more time on the job than contracted for.
