Complete Sliding Doors & Windows

I originally was just going to fix the locks on both patio doors even though the rollers were also bad. When Angelo got there. he was very professional, and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. I wound up fixing everything for a very good price. I highly recommend Angelo!

This company was very professional. A live person answered the phone on my first call and set up the consultation. They call to confirm your appointment, which I like. Michael was the rep who came out to do the measurements and he was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I placed the order, gave my deposit, a time frame was quoted to have the screen door made. Within the window provided I got the call from the company to set up installation. And again they confirmed my appointment. Brian came out to do the installation, he was also punctual, professional and knowledgable. They fit perfect and are made well. I will definitely work with this company again. They were easy to work with, did what the said they would do, and not cheap but moderately prices. It was a pleasure, i definitely recommend.

Angelo was great! Prompt, courteous, looked a the door, evaluated the problem and confirmed what he thought was wrong. He repaired the track and replaced the rollers quickly efficiently and when he was done he cleaned up any residual mess. Great work, fair price, excellent customer service! Thank you!

From scheduling with the office staff to the actual job being completed, each person I spoke to was very courteous, polite, and professional. They were very competitively priced, the job was scheduled and completed faster than anticipated, and the job was done to our satisfaction! Angie from the office called ahead to let me know the driver was about 10mins AHEAD of schedule and would be at my house early. (nice) When the tech Brian arrived he looked at the job and gave me some options. It actually ended up costing much less than I thought and now the doors work like they are sliding on ice. I would definitely recommend them to any of my neighbors.

Bottom Line: I will use them again. 1) Office staff (Naomi) professional, polite, and efficient. The answer the phone, "Hello Complete Sliding Doors & Windows, I'm Naomi, how may I help you." They do not answer, "hello." 2) Naomi followed up with a reminder of the service call the day before. 3) Arrived on time and completed the job in one visit. 4) Alex, the technician, is polite, humorous, and knows his business. 5) The sliding glass doors glide with a touch. Fast, professional, right price.

Alex and Mike K. the technicians showed up on time. They were very courteous and polite. They reviewed our needs and made several recommendations on replacing rollers on the heavy glass doors to the patio. I chose the more expensive options, using stainless steel rollers because the doors are quite heavy and we wanted the repairs to last a long time., and not have the roller mechanisms rust. They performed all services promised in a professional manner. They also explained how I can maintain them myself to get years of trouble free use. The doors are now very simple to roll open and take almost no effort. We are very pleased with their services. Since we didn't price compare, i cannot comment on their price versus others.

Excellent experience! Adam and Mike did a great job installing the repaired sliding screen doors, and also made adjustments to two of the sliding glass doors, very professional. Invoice was paid by the condo owner, I did not see the invoice amount.

made a morning appt, no one showed up.I called the company at 1pm, they called back and said the technician would call me shortly with an approximate time. I made a morning appointment to accomodate my schedule and explained this at the time I made the appointment. I was told I would be called that morning to verify the appointment time. By 1pm it was too late in the day for me, so cancelled the service. I felt it was poor customer service to ignore a set appointment, so did not feel confident in trusting how the work would be.

I would just give them an A overall. I'm using them again. I added things as we started.

after alex came out , he told me that the office will call me tomorrow with the price. i waited , waited ,waited, So i called them . They said that they will call tomorrow with the price, Well , they finally called me . and said " THEY ARE NOT TAKING ON ANY MORE WORK " SO, That being told to ME, I Suggest you call someone else because as they told me "THEY ARE NOT TAKING ON AN Y MORE WORK "

The service technician gave us several options and this was greatly appreciated. He was very efficient and my husband who is very hard to please was extremely happy with the technician and the job that he did. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Our technician showed up right on time, was very professional and quickly removed all the doors, made the repairs and completed the job. We bought the house in January and have been living with these terrible sliding doors to our courtyard. the doors had gotten progressively worse and we had a houseful of company for Thanksgiving. By that point, we had given up on using the door almost completely. Although I called Complete Sliding Doors for this repair, I truly thought we would be buying a whole new three panel door system. Now, you can open all three doors and screens with one finger. Unbelievable! I wish I had called Complete months earlier!!! They are magicians!!!

COMPLETE responded quickly, scheduling service within a couple days of being called. On the scheduled day, Steve called ahead during the scheduled block of time and advised when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he assessed our sliding door problem and presented us with four options for replacement rollers. There was no pressure to select the most expensive, although the metal framed double-wheeled rollers were obviously superior to the plastic ones. We chose the second most expensive, and have been so happy we did. Steve worked quickly, while taking precautions not to damage the door or anything on our patio. He also cleaned the door track and installed a new glide rail, then recommended a type of wax for us to use for maintenance (available at hardware stores). After finishing the work on the sliding glass door, Steve checked the sliding screen door. We had been having some trouble with it, too, but hadn't intended to have any work done on it. Steve offered to replace the rollers on the screen door for a small additional amount, which we accepted immediately and he did fairly quickly. We've been very pleased with the results on both doors since then and highly recommend the company for this type of work.

Crew showed up at agreed upon time and immediately reviewed the work to done and provided estimated costs including options. After reviewing charges and replacement parts crew was given the 'go-ahead' to replace rollers on 3 sliding glass doors and 2 screen. The 2 man crew split the duties with one member doing the screens while the other more experienced individual tackled the glass doors. Both workers were named Mike and both were efficient and skilled at their work. The rollers were all replaced and the screens/doors reinstalled without incident and in a very timely fashion. The whole job from start to finish was a little over an hour. The doors and screen all slide effortlessly and with very sound. A rather perfect result. The only issue is regarding the price. The cost of parts and labor has risen almost 30% from the last time the service was used 2 years for other doors. The rise in rates precluded us from have at least 2 other doors done. No doubt the work was well done and good quality rollers were used, but we paid for it.

Came right away, replaced rollers and handle. The door opens with one finger now instead of both hands and the sound of metal scrapping on metal. Great job thank you.

Steve the technician cleaned, lubricated and replaced the wheels of both sliding glass doors. They were very hard to open, now they slide with no effort, Steve took apart the lock and it works perfect now. The company responded to my call promptly, appointment was in a few days and Steve was punctual, professional and cleaned up after the repair. The company called a couple of days after the appointment to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

They come over to our house twice to measure the glass. Second time I was told they weren't sure if they could supply the 1/8" thick tempered glass I needed. Later I was called back and they told me they had a hard time getting the glass. A week later this was confirmed they couldn't get the glass and I was refunded my $50 down payment. I called All American Glass in Pompano and they ordered the glass straight away. They had it in stock the next day. When I told the owner Complete Sliding Doors couldn't get the glass, he laughed out loud and said; "Yes, it's very hard to get!". Although the people form Complete Sliding doors were courteous and on time with everything, I think it's very strange they couldn't get the glass I needed. Also, the measurements they took twice were on the low side.

Both individuals that came to the house were polite and courteous and on time. They both seemed to know what they were doing and the job did not take long to complete.

Company called to confirm appoint the day before. Alex called to let me know they were on the way. Alex and Mike did a great job. They looked at the problem and gave me a choice of parts to select from - they have 4 different priced rollers from plastic to metal. I choose the most expensive rollers since the door being repaired has heavy use and they put a cap on the track since it had a large scratch in the metal and replaced the handle with a metal on instead of the plastic one I had . Alex and Mike worked well as a team They were polite and professional. They made the job look easy The door is now sliding better that it ever did. I am very happy with the results. The company also called several days after the job was completed to check on the service. The company does give you a free estimate but the service call fee is $95.00 plus any parts - I would have preferred to know this before they came out.; The fee is reasonable I just like to know fees in advance. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to people I know

Steve was friendly, professional, efficient and got to work removing the doors off their tracks. He used a wooden slat to hammer the very old rollers off the bottom of the doors and attached new ones. He cleaned the tracks which had dirt and oil on them in an attempt to help them move better. I am so pleased with his solution to the problem and now i can open and close the doors with my little finger. He did an excellent job. I would definitely have him return for any future sliding door problems I encounter.

This was very smooth and professional. An appointment was scheduled just two days after I called--and I could have had an appointment the next day, if I'd wanted. The technician arrived well within the time window I had been given, and was both professional and friendly. I expected him to look things over, give me an estimate, and then schedule the job for another day, but he offered to do it immediately. He did not leave until I had checked every panel and lock. What a difference! The doors move so smoothly, and it doesn't take an act of God to get the one door to lock any more! He also talked to me about replacing the screen doors in the future, but I appreciated that he didn't pressure me into doing that, as well. We are really happy with this service, and will definitely use them in the future, when we get around to replacing those screens.
