Jason came to our house and measured for a screen door for our kitchen slider and replaced the worn bearings on the patio slider. He was extremely professional and knew exactly how to perform the work. After replacing the worn bearings he adjusted the lock so that it matched perfectly and then replaced the screws on the door handle which had loosened because they were too short for that door. I would strongly recommend using this company.

Excellent, Jessie called before he came, was right on time, and explained all that needed to be done. He was Courteous, respectful, and informative. Now all my 35 year old sliding glass doors roll like new, probably better than new, because he replace single nylon rollers with double ball bearing housed rollers. The doors are now rolling easy, and quietly. I only have great things to say about Complete sliding doors and windows.

Mike arrived on time and was very professional. We had 2 sliders that were difficult to move and replacing the wheels fixed the problem. We also had a slider that has been unmovable since we bought the home. Mike was able work the door free and replaced those wheels also. He adjusted 2 more sliders so they worked smoothly. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be calling them again for additional work if needed.

Mine was a small job but Jason treated it like the most important one for the day! Job well done without hassle and within minutes. The sliding screen door now is as smooth as silk!

Adam the repairman showed up right on time, he was pleasant, professional, answered all questions, told me what he was doing and why, gave me hints to keep his work in could working order over the yrs, loved having Adam in our home, what a nice guy and he cleaned up every thing before he left better than he found it. We live in a high end neighborhood and it was nice to have someone like Adam come to our home, we felt safe and with all the expensive decorative items in our home, that safety means a lot. Today I spoke to the office girl about an item Adam told us to spray on the door track and rollers. I'd forgotten what it was called and the sweet lady new right away what I wanted and told me where to get it and also that it had 2 names. Even the secretary is knowledgeable about what they do. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and ref them to anyone. Work is wonderful and the price was great too, what a great staff of people to deal with. Wish I could remember the young lady who answered the phone today but she was great. Opps, I just found on the repair order that Adam had not only told me what to get but he wrote it down and I just didn't read down far enough to see it, shame on me but I'm still glad I called today because I didn't know they were on Ang's list so now I can write this and tell all you good folks that need this type of work that you will get good work and a good price with wonderful service here. I'm going to end now but before I do I have had horrible experiences since moving to Orlando with contractors and home repair people but this company I found on my own before I was on Angie's List is the best I've had and then I had a garaged door repair company I did find on A's-L and they were great too.

Awful, never use this company, such a waste of my time. They gave me an estimate to replace the glass in a slider in a rental unit of mine. I chose this company because the service man that came to give the estimate said it could be ordered and installed in two weeks. I had a new tenant moving in 3 weeks. I gave deposit and was then quickly told it wasn't happening in two weeks and my tenant moved in without the repaired glass I was promised. Now I have to refund a portion of the rent and pay a property manager to supervise the installation. OK, 4 weeks later call glass is in set up appt. with property manager. Installation guy breaks existing old glass removing it, only to find out he ordered the wrong size glass. Ugh! They left bought a awful cheap piece of plexi glass installed and ordered the correct size glass. A couple of weeks later the new glass was in scheduled install with property manager, who reports back to me at installation the service guys broke the glass in the hallway stairwell before they even got into the condo. According to her a gentleman who stated he was the company owner was very apologetic and felt horrible promised to rush and order for third try in two days. I called the office to discuss how much extra time and money this is costing me and to appease me they offered a modest discount and offered to replace wheels on slider as well, they also told me it wasn't going to be two days more like two more weeks!!. I mentioned they shouldn't expect a good review on angies list as this was a month late, I would have to pay a property manager to sit for installation 3x and had to prorate rent costing me more than the glass itself! Next day received a call from "Mandy" who says she owns the company and went on and on with excuses, the measurement the first time was off an 1/8 of an inch, the door is no longer made, it was actually going to take 8 weeks as she had to order the glass from manufacturer... and spoke to me in such a condescending manor I didn't appreciate it. Long story, short but she was wanting to refund my money and I was told they now COULDN"T make the repair! Jeez, now I have a inferior piece of scratched up plastic plexi-glass and they just bailed on the project. So unprofessional, I have never heard any successful business making so many excuses, and she kept telling me she was going to lose money on this job (not as much as I did, and I don't care finish the job)! Pick any other glass company, they are terrible.

These guys were awesome. Very good communication, scheduled in a timely manner, and showed up on time. The work was completed, the broken glass removed and the area all cleaned up. They even fixed the rollers on one of my sliders while they were there. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Complete Sliding Doors and will use them again in a heartbeat if needed.
