Complete Sliding Doors & Windows

Adam toiled to make my immobile, aging slider just like new. It now slides like silk! The screen panel is also like new and fully functional. I received a quick appointment. I am thrilled with the result.

Angelo Gordon is a great asset to Complete Sliding Doors. This repair was completed by a very professional tech, who cleaned the work area and accomplished the task, even when he had to struggle with a issue to make sure of the repair to ensure the door slid open just like a new door. The only thing that would make this repair beyond outstanding is a lower price. But I know what you pay for is what you get. I would not consider using another company even when the estimate is for less money. It is a pleasure to use such a professional company, which is rear find in Florida. Do not change you work ethic standards since they are an example every service company should follow. I rate Complete Sliding Doors and Angelo at five gold stars plus.

Adam (technician) was AMAZING. My neighbor highly recommended Complete Sliding Doors and Windows after SERGIO GLASS AND MIRRORS LLC pounded the frames of my sliding door instead of replacing the rollers. Sergio charged me $550 for his fraudulent workmanship. It was a PLEASURE meeting Adam; he was professional and knowledgeable regarding my sliding door problem. It took him about 30 minutes to replace the rollers of my sliding door. It has been almost a year, and my sliding door slides very smoothly. THANK YOU ADAM!!!

While there was some difficulty in measuring the replacement glass due to the age of the door and the allowable margins inside the frame, overall it went well.

Cory called 20 minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way. Cory and his co-worker were friendly, courteous and very professional. They provided very excellent service. A+++ I will hire them again and also recommend them to my family and friends.

The original appointment was made on a Saturday, which was very convenient. The repair person was prompt and appeared to do a good job. Unfortunately, within one week, the door was out of alignment and would not lock. I called for a follow-up under the 1-year warranty and learned that the company was no longer offering Saturday appointments. As a result, my wife had to stay home from work for the repair. Within 2 days, the door was out of alignment again and I had to make yet another warranty call. I was told that I would have the first appointment of the day that Friday and should expect the repair person to be at my home around 9:30. The morning of the appointment, at 9:30, I got a call and was told that they had meetings on Fridays and the repair person would not be at my house until much later in the morning. Had I known this, I would never had made the appointment on a Friday. I was told this is because my home is so far from their offices. At this point, I have no confidence in the quality of the repair or the company's scheduling department. I cannot recommend that anyone use this Company.

Went well except for one set of doors would not lock correctly. This went on for a couple months. Finally sent a master locksmith and its fixed!

Today, Angelo was our technician, and he provided EXCELLENT service. I have seen other techs perform the same work, but I have never seen someone take the time and care that he did. I feel confident that this was most thorough service I've received from this company.

It was fantastic. The guy came in and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up and he was out of here in an hour. It was great. They were great. The price was less than I expected, so I was very happy with the price. Someone told me it would be $400, so $250 was fantastic. He did the work that I asked him to do. He did it correct and cleaned up. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this. The guy came here and did the work and fixed it and I was so happy with it. I keep opening the door because I am so happy with it. He was here when he was supposed to be. He was right on time.

It went well they are professional. They arrived 1 hr late to their initial consultation after I waited for. Their 4 hr window called several times to see if I could go do something and I was "next" well I waited 4 hrs and the technician arrived as I was leaving. All went well I left him to do his work. And they came back and repaired on time . All was well after initial hiccup. Very professional

I thought I had to buy a new sliding door. A technician came in and fixed a broken latch in just a few minutes without charging me anything for the service call. Amazing service and amazing company. I will not buy doors/windows from anyone else.

Fantastic - other vendors didn't want to think too hard and tried to get us to replace the windows, but Complete took the time to figure it out and got it right. Very impressed!

Their installer Cory was very punctual, professional, and skilled in his work. I am very pleased with the quality. I have an older home, and Cory's work was definitely an enhancement. I would hire Complete Sliding Doors and Windows again, and recommend them for door and window work.

The repairman was punctual and clearly explained the options and related pricing. He performed the work quickly and professionally.

They ordered it installed it and it's perfect. But, while they were here they convinced me to put new, better rollers on the original glass sliding door. They have not worked as well as the old ones and I'm waiting for them to return my call and fix them (again).

It was very good. The work was perfect. The service was good. My wife had issues contacting them. Punctuality was very good. It took about a week to schedule them. It took 2 or 3 hours to finish. The workers were pretty good. The area was left clean.

They replaced the rollers on the door and adjusted the height so the doors would slide more easily on the track. They also bolted the two doors together so they would slide together. They seemed to know what they were doing, and got the job done quickly.

They did a good job; also it was expensive. The doors were hard to move and they repaired that - they repaired the tracks - they put new gliders, new wheels. It was an amazing result after they finished. They did some damage on my alarm system when they handled the door. They disabled the sensor. It was very expensive. There were two people that came - the professional and the helper and it was the helper that damaged my sensor. The price wasn't good; the price was very expensive because they charged me $300. I called them and they took almost a week to show up, because they were busy then. I'm laughing because I had to use them; for the first time in my life I used people like that because this happens once every 20 years.

Amazingly well. The doors slide like they are brand new. Despite being very heavy, you can push or pull them and let go and they keep moving. Jason did an amazing job.

They did good work, they kept their time schedule and I was pleased with their work.
