Description of Work: The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to solve several long standing issues we had been having with our outside sliding door and one in one of our showers. Those problems had stumped others we had hired to fix those same problems. I thought they did a great job for a very fair price.

Description of Work: We had 6 Sliding doors in dire need of service. They barely moved. Angelo arrived on time, assessed the issues, provided some pricing options, and then quickly replaced all of the rollers. The doors now slide with one finger. He cleaned up after himself and conducted himself in a professional manner the entire time onsite. I'd recommend This contractor again!

Description of Work: Did nothing. I cancelled the second appt and the person coming called before and had not been told about the cancellation. He was polite and respectful. | |2 minutes later, the head office person called back and rudely implied that I had not cancelled! I told her the details of my call on Friday 3/11 and she was nasty. | |I said I was sorry that they hadn't obviously processed my cancellation, she responded, "Thank you for wasting our time!" |Horrible customer service - I'll never call them or recommend them again!

Description of Work: They were supposed to check a sliding glass door wall and the screen that covered the opening. They replaced the rollers on the door wall and the screen fell out of the track after they left. There trying to charge us a service charge to look at it again.

Description of Work: they replaced the rollers at the bottom of 1 of the sliding doors and the screen door. The repairman, Mike, was very good and probably spent a good 1.5hrs there. The only thing is that I found the rollers to be really expensive.
