I had some trepidation as my doors are on the balcony with a railing and a rim on the inside which prevent the doors from coming out. The serviceman was able to replace the necessary rollers easily. He checked all my doors and only had to replace some of them. He gave me a choice of rollers, explaining the quality of each. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

The glass was shattered in one of my sliding doors leaving the house open from the back patio. I called Complete and told them I needed the glass replaced on an emergency basis. The company was most accommodating and within a couple of hours had a crew out to my house to do the job. The job was done in a professional and informative manner.

The technician, Mike, arrived on time and after explaining what I wanted, he went right to work. In a matter of a few minutes he had replaced the rollers and adjusted the sliding screen doors so that they move easily enough to use one finger. The screen doors were is such a state that I thought for sure they would have to be replaced, but now move in the tracks probably better than new. And the parts used are not cheap nylon wheels but metal wheels with ball bearing. The difference in before and after is just amazing. After the screen doors were repaired and adjusted to Mike's exacting standards, I showed Mike the four window screens that needed to be repaired. Mike showed me how weather beaten the screens were and how the frame themselves had deteriorated, so I agreed that rather than rebuild them, we would replace them. He took the screens with him and told me he would be back in seven to ten days with the new screens. Six days later I received a phone call from Mike to tell me that he had just finished fabricating the screens and if I was available for him to come by that same day to install them. Two hours later he was at the house and the new screens were adjusted and installed. Overall the service we've gotten from Complete Sliding Doors & Windows has been worth every penny. I had used Complete Sliding Doors & Windows and mike to also repair two sliding glass doors that I thought for sure I would have to replace, but again the repair was detailed and meticulous and the doors work so well that we actually have had to get used to how easily they move. The first couple of times I almost smashed one of the doors because I was so used to having to exert a lot of force to make them move. Now, it only takes a minimal amount to open, close and lock the doors. I would use this company again and will recommend them to everyone who might need this same service performed at their house. I also have another window or two that I will get rescreened not because they have holes in them, but just to have new frames and screens that match the ones we just had installed.

They know their business, and were polite, punctual, and informative. They told us how to take care of the doors. I wanted them to repair a jalousie window recently, but they do not work on those. I found someone in Ft. Lauderdale to do that.

They came about two weeks ago and fixed one window and said they would get back to my about fixing the bedroom windows. I made a second appointment which ended up being cancelled and rescheduled it for today at 9:30am when the owner was supposed to come out. No one showed up and when I called they put all the blame on me. This company is extremely unprofessional and acted as though I was lying and was crazy to think they or the owner might come back even though they told me they would.

Billy arrived at the time agreed upon and after we had a quick discussion about the options for repairing my poorly operating doors, he set to work. He certainly knew how to do this type of repair quickly and efficiently. With no wasted motions he removed the door, extracted the old rollers, put new ones in, cleaned and lubricated the track and replaced the door. Billy was neat, organized and very personable. We had a nice chat while he never missed a beat of his assigned job. I asked for several business cards as I definitely want to recommend this company to my neighbors. ( we all have aging sliding doors onto our patios).

Complete Sliding Doors and Windows were able to put me on the schedule the next day. Steve called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He gave me a choice of rollers for the repair and explained the warranty. I agreed to the price and he started immediately. Steve suggested a handle for the door which was something I had wanted for a while. He was quick and efficient and finished within an hour. He cleaned the glass and his work area. I am very happy with my "new" old door. Thanks Steve.

He expertly took care of all the original work and he went above and beyond the call of duty and looked at a pocket door that was not working well and was able to smooth out the operation of that. I would highly recommend Adam, the technician.

Excellent job! Honest price! I have to agree with the previous review, Billy is a wonderful person , responsible, kind, honest! His work is excellent. I finally can open those door with my pinkie!

I have one newer (2-3 yrs old) sliding glass door and two other sliding glass doors that were installed when the house was built (14 yrs ago). The newest one slides but had was getting more difficult to open/close. The oldest two were completely difficult to open and close. Showed Alex who knew what was needed. He reassured me that the doors were perfectly fine and that new rollers and some track maintenance was needed. He had a good variety of rollers to choose from. I choose their best ones that also came with a 2-yr warranty. He repaired all three doors (and associated screens). Took him about 3 hours. Popped out all doors (rather easily too). Took apart the doors where needed to install the new rollers and did really good maintenance on the tracks too. Incredible. The doors open and close like they were new. Family came home shocked to how easy it was to use the doors now. Completely satisfied and will surely contact them when I have other needs related to my doors next time. Used the Angie's list coupon. Price was reasonable in my opinion for repairing 3 glass and 3 screen doors.

They are really good. They came in and they were quick. They were efficient. They knew in the back that they were perfect. The reason I called them originally, but they didn't carry the phantom screen product, which was the only product that I wanted to buy when I bought that screen door. They came on time and they did an excellent job of restoring all my sliding doors & screens in a new condition.

Brian and his assistant were quick and professional. The doors slide like they are greased with butter.

Mike arrived promptly and quickly assessed what needed to be fixed and provided me with a written estimate. He explained everything in detail. I was very please that he was able to make the repairs immediately and efficiently. He took care of all repairs in just a little over an hour. Very friendly and courteous. Also took time to explain the warranty and proper care. I was a little surprised by the cost but I have never had this type of repair done before and there were more parts than anticipated. The Angie's List coupon is also a big plus! I found an ad for this company in another promotional flier and it wasn't near the savings. It is obvious this company values their Angie's List clients. Two thumbs up!

Two other door companies were unable to do this. I can't imagine why because it was so simple for Complete sliding doors & windows. In half an hour they removed the sides (one at a time) of the sliding door, slid out the old rollers, slid in new rollers and put it all back together. They did not need to remove the door from it's track which had stumped the other door people. Mike adjusted the door and it slides effortlessly. He cleaned up after himself. Some other reviewers claimed to be surprised by a $95 device charge. They made in quite clear that there was no charge for the estimate. I authorized the work and was given a clear written statement which I could sign before any work began. This indicated the $95 labor charge and $170 for the rollers. I'm sure there is a nice markup on the rollers but they are in business, brought the rollers, etc. I felt the price was fair and am very satisfied with the result.

I was / am so happy with Complete Sliding Doors. Billy showed up on time, and repaired my doors perfectly. They haven't slid like this since I moved in, and over a month later my doors are still working perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you!

Brian came to appointment totally unprofessional in Tone and information. He immediately told me about ONLY hi-end solution to glass sliders. I had to request other options which he apparently was greatly reluctant to discuss as well as offer less expensive option. His level of professionalism in offering information was unacceptable.

They replaced the rollers and cleaned the tracks of a very stuck set of sliding glass doors. They completely resolved the issue and made it better than new compared to any other sliding glass door in my opinion.

Complete Doors gave me an appointment within 3 days of calling. They called just before the technician arrived to say he was on the way. The scheduler was friendly and polite on the phone. The technician, Adam, was also polite and professional. He explained to me how the doors work and options for replacement rollers. He gave the estimate, and when I accepted, he repaired the door immediately. The door slides great, and Adam also explained to me how to maintain the sliders. He was in and out in less than an hour. I love being able to open the door with one hand! Terrific company.
