Complete Sliding Doors & Windows

Arrived timely for an estimate, returned on the day we requested to complete job. On the day of repair showed up on time and completed work in approximate time quoted. Our doors now work perfectly! Price was as quoted in the original estimate.

Replaced glass and rollers on back door. Also re-screened and replaced rollers on screen door. Great price, excellent service. Complete's service is really big ( 8:00 am to 1:00 pm) and tech arrived at 2:00pm for both install and quote service calls.

They replaced the rollers on a sliding door to our backyard. The door was jumping up and down when slid, and when you closed, it always moved to the side leaving a 1-2 inch gap. They replaced the old plastic 1 roller assemblies with stainless steel double roller assemblies. He also added a metal cover to the strip on the bottom so the door could slide more smoothly. While on it, they adjusted the doors rubber seal as it was beginning to separate at parts. We had actually used them 3-4 years ago and were very pleased, so we called them back. They were very attentive. They called us back when they said they would, and were on time for the appointment.

Fantastic. Angelo, the repair tech was prompt and did a very good job. He cleaned up and you would never know I had repair work done on my patio. I had trouble opening my sliding door, it felt heavy and made a horrible sound, like a huge thunder storm. He suggested replacing the wheels and showed me several types I could choose from. He did not try to convince me to buy the top of the line but explained each set and how long they would approximately last. He replaced the tracking so the doors would glide smoothly. They work so well that we have to be careful when we open the sliders so that we don't slam them into the wall! You cannot hear any sound at all. I wish I had done this sooner.

I fought for too many years with old store bought screen doors that didn't fit just right. They would come off the track or left a gap in the corner where little lizards could sneak in. The new screens are beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you so much. Angelo is terrific and professional and punctual. His work is top notch! Will definitely recommend your company.

Steve called ahead with his timing, arrived when promised, and was very professional. We had initially asked for an estimate, but he clearly explained what needed to be done, and offered to do it on the spot for a very reasonable price. He worked quickly and did all that was promised. He was very courteous and professional the entire time, we are very impressed! We actually asked him for an estimate for a second job and are looking forward to working with them again.

I called for an appointment, and was scheduled for Monday August 18. Mike arrived right on time, and was very friendly and professional. The estimate was free. Mike gave me plenty good advice. Thanks Mike.

Called this company based on its great reviews. Talked to Alexis and asked about getting an estimate on a new sliding glass door and window in our condominium. I told her that we do not live there and would need to have the estimate coordinated with our building's maintenance man. I also told her that he is only at the building from 7-11:30 each day so please pick a day when they can get there between those hours. She said she would take care of it right away. A week later I contacted our maintenance man to ask if they had contacted him and he told me he had not heard anything. I called the company back and talked with the other lady who answers the phone (sorry, can't remember her name...Trish?). She told me that THEY do not make calls to clients, the client calls them. I explained the situation to her and that Alexis had said it was not a problem. She told me she would let me talk to Alexis again but reminded me before transferring my call that they do NOT call the client, the client calls them. Alexis got on the phone and told me that she had been really busy as her boss was on vacation and she had to do all his work and therefore had no time to call my guy yet. She assured me though that it was the next thing she was about to do and it would get scheduled today. I reminded her what hours my guy worked so she could pick an appropriate day to accommodate his work hours. My guy e-mailed me the next day saying that they scheduled the estimate for the following Monday between 9-1. He told me that he would only be able to be there until 11:30 and wouldn't be able to let them in after that. At 11:55 on Monday, they called his cell phone to say they would be there in 30-40 minutes. My guy then had to give the key to our unit to someone else who was able to be there to let them in. They showed up around 1 and took some measurements and left. I cannot tell you how their estimate compared to others as I have still not seen it. It has been a week and nothing. I don't feel they were very professional on the phone and cannot believe that there is only one person at the office that could have scheduled this estimate. If Alexis was too busy for over a week, someone else should have taken care of it. The call to our maintenance man was only made after I called them back to see what the hold up was. Now there is apparently another hold up as I haven't seen the estimate. I do not understand why they were not able to accommodate our maintenance man's schedule either. They knew his schedule ahead of time, but didn't respect it after saying they would. I do NOT like having a key to our unit being given out to other people when it isn't necessary at all. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company. It has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't even gotten an estimate. I don't even want to guess how long it would take to get the door and window installed. Response: Alexis gave me absolutely no indication that meeting with our maintenance man Dave would be against company policy. She took his number from me and said she would take care of it right away. Nor was I informed that the owner was on vacation until August 11th as the company states below until after my second call. Also, they did not meet with Dave as they were supposed to as he leaves at 11:30 each day. They met with Peter, a member of our condo board to whom Dave had given the key (minor detail, but wanted to clarify). I talked with Alexis for an extended period of time when I made my initial call. I explained to her exactly what kind of sliding door we were looking for as this was not our first estimate and we knew exactly what we wanted and that I wanted to know what my options were for the master bedroom window. There should have been absolutely no doubt which window/door we wanted to replace. (For the record, there are only 3 windows and 1 sliding door in our entire unit) When I contacted her the second time, she only mentioned the sliding glass door and I again reminded her of the master window. If any of the things they mentioned in their response had actually been communicated to me, this would have been a non-issue, but they were most definitely not. Alexis obviously dropped the ball on this one. Because of this careless breakdown of communication, I maintain that my grading is accurate.

The service technician, Alex, showed up on time and did a professional job. We would call them again if needed.

Company came out to estimate window cost, it was decided later that no windows would be required.

Angelo was excellent. Very prompt and in fact early. He was professional and courteous and explained the different rollers. He checked the doors and determined only 2 doors needed new rollers. The doors slide like new now. The new screens are a little pricy but with all the time I've spent replacing and "siliconing" the old screen doors over the last many years on my own it's worth it. Angie's coupon definitely help defray some of the cost!! Thank you Angelo. You did an excellent job.

I was quite disappointed with them. The guy came here and he did not want to leave me the estimate. I think what they want to do is if I leave you the estimate, you have to give me a deposit. Since I used someone else, they called me back as if they had already scheduled me to come out here and I said I already got it done, and the girl just hung up on me. He measure everything out. I can understand that he took the time because he had to measure all the windows and all the doors in order to get the exact sizing and what not, but you know, it's like a crack shoot, either you hire them or you don't and I needed a couple of estimates and I went with the one that I felt I liked and had the best pricing, and I did not like them not leaving the estimate so I went with someone else. They will not leave you a written estimate unless you give them a deposit. It's either you have to hire them on the spot, or forget about it.

I called Complete because of their good reviews. I set up an appointment time for 9:30 - 1:00 on Saturday. The technician gave me a call when he was on his way, and arrived about 20 minutes later (around 12:30). He was very professional & courteous. He took a look at one of the sliding doors & let me know that I'd need to replace the rollers. He also looked at a sliding bathroom window that didn't really slide, but informed me it wouldn't be worth it to fix (it'd be about $150 to fix, which was more than the small impact window cost to install in the first place). He then gave me a formal quote to fix the rollers on 3 sliding doors, which came to $475 including labor. I ended up not going with Complete because their price was a little high. In the end, I got 4 sliding doors fixed for $400 with another company, so I got an extra door fixed and paid less than Complete's quote.

Alex and Mike came to the house on time and were very nice and knowledgeable.... They fixed my problem and were out in about an hour.... The bonus was that Mike's family were bug Hurricane fans !! The office was also very nice as there was some confusion with my first appointment but they handled it, no problem.... Thanks Complete!!

Alex arrived promptly. He showed us the various quality of rollers. He had everything needed to install the rollers and took care of both doors within 90 minutes. He worked very neatly and was a true professional In all aspects of his work. We recommend him highly!

The work was performed in a very professional manner. Alex answered my questions and was prompt and did a wonderful job in repairing my sliding door tracks. The doors now work beautifully.

Steven, the technician, was an outstanding professional and totally knowledgeable. As promised he arrived on-time, looked at our problem and provided an estimate for the work. We told him to go ahead and he finished the job in about 1.5 hours. He brought his vacuum with him and cleaned up all debris from the job. The doors work better then we could imagine. They just slide with the touch of a finger instead of straining ourselves every time we had to open the door. In any event we were totally satisfied and would recommend them.

This is the second time I have used this company. They did a wonderful job the first time and again this time. They show up when they say they will. The service man was polite, neat and did an excellent job. I would highly recommentd this company.

They were expensive. They came out quickly to give estimates.

Person arrived on time. Disassembled the doors and found wheels worn out. Returned two days later with new wheels, installed same and doors are now as good as new.

Their quote was fair, and they were fine to deal with. They were also very informative.

The job went well. The doors slide so easily now that we are amazed each time we open them! Our service man was Mike and he was very courteous and professional. We were able to use a coupon from Angie's list to reduce the overall price by $100.00, bringing the total to $390.00. The work that was completed was wonderful, but we do think that without the coupon the price would have been too much for the work it involved.

On time. Professional. Had the parts in his truck. Changed the rollers quickly. Cleaned area prior to leaving.
