They fix my ac, they did a wonderful job and I recommended them to other people. They took the old ac away, the mopped up and vacuum and they didn't leave a thing out of place. They took about 2 1/2 hours there were two men one inside one outside, they did a very nice job.

.My air conditioner failed on a hot, August Friday afternoon. Ira's helper Matt arrived at 5:30 to do an assessment of the situation and determined that there was a refrigerant leak in the outside coil. He had me listen to the hissing sound of the leaking refrigerant and explained that the leak was in the aluminum part of the coil, not the copper part. that could be welded. At the minimum, the coil would have to be replaced. I discussed the options at length with Ira, including the issues with the use of R22 refrigerant in the old unit, that was no longer being produced, and the use of the newer R401A refrigerant. Ira patiently answered all my questions without making me feel ignorant or stupid. We jointly made the decision how to proceed. Ira and his two assistants arrived promptly at 8:30 on Tuesday morning with the new equipment and quickly and efficiently installed it.. All of my questions were answered (I always have questions) and they completed the job by 10:15, including the clean up. I will have Comfort Zone perform the maintenance every six months.

Very competitive pricing and most importantly personal service. The owner was on site during the entire installation and it was done when promised and at the price that was agreed upon. Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend

Since my A/C unit is on the roof of my house, I bought a yearly maintenance plan with them. Ira calls me every 6mo to set up an appointment for his crew check my A/C units. One of his crew members comes and checks and cleans the A/C units. I used this company for the last 3 years and it is time to renew my contract with them. They are very professionals, polite and in time. They did a great job every time they came by.

I was having problems with my A/C and was not happy with current service provider. Ira was recommended by several co-workers. He immediately came to my home and helped me with information to determine how I could maintain the current A/C until I was able to afford a new one. When the time came, Ira installed the new A/C and has been maintaining it for more than 6 years.

I was treated with respect and consideration during the entire process. I was explained in laymans term details of what to expect and any future problems that could occur. It was really appreciated and I felt I was in good hands. Trustworthy all the way. And great customer service.

I could not ask anything more of the company--the took care of all permitting and the final building inspection.

In the heading above I think I have adequately described how good this company perflrmed, and how satisfied I am with their performance. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for my a/c maintenance.
