 + -1 moreThey're horrible. It was $40 for a technician visit. For some reason they thought they could charge us for having to come back out to fix their own faulty work. I spent the better part of two weeks trying to get that money refunded and ultimately did. But it was just ridiculous going through that process. They need to treat people honestly and fairly instead of like idiots. They're always late. They don't know what they're doing. If I had a choice I would not use them.
Description of Work: They had to come out because the prior visit by a technician was done incorrectly. There was an install back in October. They performed that install incorrectly. They had to come back out in December. The service that they performed incorrectly was the phone, the landline.

Description of Work: They installed the X1 platform for me. So it was actually cable, internet and phone.
