Description of Work: For the past 6 months I have been having bill issues with Comcast/Xfinity. In January, a technician installed a transformer in my attic and almost set my house on fire. To mitigate the issue, they offered me a service upgrade. When upgrading, the associate forgot to add the security system which I already had. After that, the bills kept coming with a $700 fee for the system. Every single month I spent more than 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve it with no success. Now, we are in May and the problem persists. So, I have decided to cancel the service altogether. Never again I will sign up with Comcast.
