Coastal Chemical Inc

I tried many swimming pool services before I found Coastal Chemical. They have been roughly 1/2 the cost of other services I used, and my pool has never looked better! They come every week to service the swimming pool, adding chlorine and stabilizer as needed. They even keep a written record of dates and times they come so I am sure the service was provided. I have found Coastal Chemical to be very reliable over the 6 years I have been using their service.

When I first moved to Florida, I didn't know anyone. So I watched to see what trucks showed up at my neighbor's house and then asked them about whatever company. Everyone on this block loves Coastal Chemical. And by the way, you can get pool filters through them at a discount price.

I am very pleased with their service, They do excellent work and are very reliable.

My pool pump stopped working while I was out of town. Instead of contacting me they simply added their gas to my pool directly under my navigator hoses and simply let my pool go to waste. It was obvious the pumps weren't working and they knew I was out of town. Week after week they said nothing. I came home to find my pool a complete mess. The water was cloudy and there were leaves and other debris as far as you could see at the bottom. My navigator and hoses were destroyed because they added the gas to the pool directly under and next to my equipment with no water being moved. The owner was very unprofessional and I will never use them again. They said "it wasn't their responsibility" to notify me of a problem. They also said they are not responsible for the damage they caused even after I confirmed that adding Chlorine gas directly to a pool with no water movement will destroy equipment in the near vicinity. My advice, stay away from them.
