Everyone was professional. They came out as soon as they could--there is quite a wait for some companies--and sooner than we thought they would. All repairs look great. Price was fair and lower than some other quotes we got. We forgot to ask about one screen so they came back the next day and did it for free!!! Highly recommend.

Chris arrived at the time he said he would and gave me a price for the work to be done. Although not all the roof screens on the enclosure had been damaged in a hail storm, 13 of the 24 were, and because the price for just redoing the 13 was almost as much as replacement of the entire roof, we decided to have it completely replaced. Chris did everything he said he would, in the promised timeframe. He followed up our meeting promptly with a written quote. We discussed when would work mutually for our schedules, and he came the Tuesday of the agreed upon week, calling the night before to confirm. His workers came when they said they would and the work took all day to complete. They did a beautiful job. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I am so pleased. Kudos to this great company, built on old-fashioned principles of value, respect for the customer, and competence. Professional, accommodating, and courteous. I recommend them with no reservations. A+++

They gave us a very fair estimate of cost and time and met both estimates. They were friendly, professional, and made several helpful suggestions to ensure that the project would meet our requirements. The work was completed in one day and we are completely satisfied with the results. They also repaired a small section of existing fence, which we had not originally mentioned, for no additional charge. We used this company 10 years ago to repair damage from Hurricane Wilma at a previous residence and remembered their helpfulness at that difficult time and were very pleased to find them still in business.

Chris and Mark were great. I contacted them through email and they responded quickly with an approximate price. I scheduled them and they came as scheduled. They did a very neat and clean repair and left nothing behind. They even charged me less than they quoted. They are good, honest, dependable, reasonable, and responsible. I'm in the service industry too and it's nice working with a company that does good work and is dependable. I highly recommend them.

I asked for Chris & Mark to quote and install a screen enclosure for my back yard. The showed up a day later and provided a quote. The price was far so I agreed to use them. I receive quotes from other companies, but these guys seems to be straight forward. I delayed the project, but in the end they worked around my changes and installed the screen in 2 days. On the 3 day the screen was inspected and approved. Chris & Mark took care of all the permits and paper work so there was no stress. It was a turn-key solution. I am happy with the quality of the work and materials used. Looks awesome. Unfortunately, I will not get to use them again because I feel it will last forever! My house originally had a patio with a shed type of roof and screening on the sides. I changed that to a regular screen enclosure. Later, I decided that when we got a lot of rain, obviously, the screened in area could not be used, so I looked around for something different. I then contracted for a new enclosure with a composite type of roof with two skylights in it, and screening on the side. To me, it was the best of both worlds...a "regular" roof to keep out rain, but skylights for light However, it did not take long for the new roof and the skylights to leak. I had a local handyman try to seal it, because the company which installed it never responded and never came back to fix this issue. That would work for a while, but then the leaks would begin again. Finally, I saw an add from Chris & Mark Screens, and called them. Chris explained that they were very busy and I said "fine" as there was no emergency. He later came by and checked out the screen area roof and recommended a better type of sealing. In addition, my cats had put claw marks and holes in the existing screening, so I had him take care of that too. Later again, his workmen came and took care of the new screening (lower panels only) and the sealing of the screen roof. The new screen has been great and so far, cat-resistant. However, the roof still leaked...not everywhere it had before, but still....so, I emailed them about that. I also made it clear that I did not expect them to return over and over without being paid. Chris and Mark came back and again, went up on the screen roof and did some additional sealing....no charge. That worked and still does!

Chris and Mark happened to be in my area and came by to take a look at the work I was looking to do about 15 minutes after my initial call. I appreciated that they put a good deal of thought into how to best enclose my upstairs balcony in a way that would best protect the area from water damage. They suggested things that made sense for both the new enclosure and the repair and upgrade to our existing screened pool enclosure. They had planned to come and do the work in about 3 weeks but when they had a cancellation of another job they squeezed my job in earlier which I really appreciated. The work was incredibly professional and they did not rush me to pay, instead urging me to take a few days to look over everything and let them know if I had any questions or problems before I made final payment.

Chris showed up for the estimate when he said he would. Worked with me on the timeline of the install extended me a 5% Angie's list discount and worked with me on the price. I am so pleased I chose Chris and Marks screens. I had a feeling about this guy's professionalism and he proved me right. He was a little higher than a few other estimates but in the end, we worked it out and I will pay more for excellent service and peace of mind. On the day of the install the worker showed up on time, was neat, clean, professional, cleaned up all debris and exceptionally good at what he does. He was also able to communicate effectively with me and is a good representative for the company. I was so impressed. My screen looks amazing! I am so glad I went with the finer gauge screen, definitely worth the price. Thank you Chris and Mark. Call these guys! They rock!

Estimate given within 24 hours. Once approved, they started work and completed the work within 48 hours. Great Job!!! Honest and friendly duo. They have already completed a second job. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Great availability and responsiveness

Enjoyed these guys, easy to talk to and quick to respond. Didn't hesitate to complete additional items as requested after they had begun work. Jimmy, their primary technician is a very hard worker, polite and always punctual. Highly recommend these guys for any screen needs.

The work went well the first day but was interrupted by rain. The repair technician (Jimmy Cruz) said he would return the following morning @ 0900 AM ! He was exactly on time and finished the job as promised! These guys did a very nice and professional job!
