 + 0 moreI could not be happier with Cano Inc. Herb and his crew are not just "handy men" -- they are skilled! I was initially overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done on my house -- but Herb really took the time to walk me through all my options and come up with a plan that works for my budget and time line. There is never a problem communicating with Herb -- he takes my calls, returns my messages, and uses emails/texts to keep me informed. And, has been no problems with budget -- Herb gave me a fair and accurate quote; provides invoices and receipts; etc. -- in fact, he even saved me a bit of money! He and his crew are always very polite -- they are on time, work neatly, and always clean up at the end of the day. I had a million questions during the remodel -- and every one of them were answered with expertise and patience. I thought this remodel would be a nightmare -- and Cano Inc. is turning my property into my dream home.
Description of Work: Herb and his crew did an entire home remodel -- including 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. My house was basically down to the studs when I contracted with Herb. Cano Inc installed all new electrical and plumbing systems; a central air conditioning system; and new windows and sky lights. They insulated the walls, put up dry wall, and painted. Cano Inc. is restoring the original hard wood floors and has laid tile in the bathrooms and foyer. In the kitchen, they built and installed custom cabinets and Herb even helped me with kitchen design/lay out. In the master bathroom, they again built and installed custom cabinetry and are doing all the floor and shower tile work. Herb even designed a custom lay-out for my master bedroom closet.
