I am happy with the level of cleaning in my 2 bedroom apt. Vanessa, Kia and crew are thorough. They are receptive to my concerns. If they have missed a spot, it is easy enough to let them know and they make sure to address it in the next cleaning. It always smells so fresh and welcoming after they have finished.

This is the second time I have used Brighten Your Environment Cleaning Services and I was just as impressed this time as I was the first time. The team was very professional and friendly and showed up on time with all of their own supplies! When they were finished, my house not only looked clean, it smelled clean as well! first and foremost I wanna say the 2 ladies I spoke with leading up to the date of clean were simply amazing. They told me that they have never cleaned in PSL before but they don't see why not if its worth the drive they are willing to take the job. I told them what I need done , the date and everything. They came and executed very well. We got back our deposit that we put down on renting the place. The place looked better than how it looked when we rented it, They are very detailed. I love this team I look forward in working with them again.

The team arrived on time , well dressed with their cleaning supplies and they did a fantastic job cleaning our home of fur babies and 2 toddlers. I was so pleased that I had to find out if they did office cleaning. When the owners told my husband and I that they do clean offices we immediately wanted to hire them to clean our office, which is the process right now. We need them they are GREAT!! Their company is very professional. The owners came to our house to give an estimate for the cleaning job. After we agreed on the date and time, they would send me a text and email confirmation and reminder for the scheduled job. Their crew was professional, did a good job. When we gave them feedback on few small issues on the floor, the owner responded so well. We like them, and we are now using them regularly to clean our house.

Well first of all I must say I was very very pleased with these ladies that came to my home, well uniformed and with all their cleaning supplies. I wanted my 3 bedroom home cleaned and they cleaned it like never before. I am not good at writing, but I can say the least these 2 ladies do some old fashion type of cleaning to my apartment that I share with my son and brother. we live like men( sorry) but when they were finished with our apartment it looked and smelled so wonderful you would think we live with women(spic and span). We are happy we found them to cater to our cleaning needs, they even gave suggestions in rearranging our furniture and we liked the idea so we went with it, even though it cost us a little more for them to move the furniture around, it was well worth it. I hired Brighten Your Environment Cleaning Services because of a referral from someone at my job. I contacted them and we scheduled a time for them to come take a look at my home to access it. We set up the time and 2 ladies came well uniformed and they looked around, I had a bunch of request which I advised the ladies of. We talk numbers and set up date for them to come do the actual clean. I gave them access to my home because I would be out of town. They went to the house and they cleaned my 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home from top to bottom. When I say from top to bottom I am not exaggerating. They did a wonderful job and all my requests were met and exceeded. When my husband and I came back from our short trip and opened the door we were too amazed. They are now our permanent weekly cleaners. We love the services they provide and they are very professional in what they do. We even came back to our invoice and a complimentary air freshener on our kitchen counter. B.Y.E is the only way to go for all your home and office clean.
