I purchased a refrigerator at BrandsMart USA. I bought the five-year extended warranty after being told by the salesperson how critical it was to purchase a five-year extended warranty due to the high cost and complexity of the Samsung refrigerator. I paid $3349 dollars. I reported to BrandsMart USA a catastrophic malfunction of my refrigerator. After multiple failed attempts to fix the fridge, I am still without a working refrigerator. It is almost six months since the report and I do not have a working refrigerator and there are multiple days waiting for the techs with significant loss of income. There are multiple complaints online about this company and the reviews in the BBB and other sites probably can not be worst. I am trying to start an organized mechanism to stop the abuse, many options are considered.

It was very good, they are on time, they help me out and their pricing was good.

I was satisfied. They are very competitively priced. They have a good system set up. The process of getting a major appliance is great. I did compare prices and they did have the best price going. We found somebody. I think we waited a little bit to get a sales person to ask about. Nothing out of the ordinary. That could have been a little quicker but pretty typical of most stores staffed to the bone. Waited in line a little bit. I would check them out. I don't know if I would definitely use them.

It didn't really last as long as we had hoped. The price was better. They delivered it. That went fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. They installed it. Everything was fine. At the time, $1500 was competitive for a big screen tv. The whole processing and the system they have to purchase it and the paperwork, they have a pretty good process.

They have good pricing and they have a big selection. Their customer service is pretty good. I thought I was very happy with the price that they offered. They were fine. Everything went well with the delivery.

Their services have improved.

We went to purchase a small refrigerator and upright freezer. We bought a small fridge from the provider. We chose to pick it up while we were there. We paid, brought the receipt to the pick up area and they informed us they did not have the fridge in stock. The rep that worked with us said they show they are in the system and offered to special order it. We declined since we needed it the next day. She told us to go back downstairs and get a refund. No apology, no trying to help us find another one comparable. We went downstairs for the refund and they took quite a while to get the refund straightened out. It was our first experience there and will certainly be our last. We went next door to Best Buy and got our fridge. The time spent at BrandSmart was over an hour. It was a complete waste of time.

We are very happy with our purchase. They delivered and installed and were 20% less than other appliance stores.

They did a great job (and I'm not easy to please). It was a huge refrigerator that they had to get through such a small little spot, I don't know how they did it! I would go back to them for work in the future. They came on time and nothing was damaged. Both of the appliances are still running. The refrigerator was $1,200 because it was top of the line and the washer was about $369. The delivery was only around $78 which I was happy with; there was no way to waive that fee.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. However, when I went to pick it up, I was there for an hour. I originally was going to have it delivered but I switched that when I went there. I had my infant with me and I was backed up to the loading dock for an hour. The loading dock people would come and smoke and that aggravated me because I would have to walk away.
