+ -1 moreAlthough the closing went smoothly, we could not possibly recommend Boulevard as the home inspector they recommended to us was negligent and ended up costing us thousands of dollars in damages as the result of faulty plumbing.
Description of Work: We used Boulevard for our closing. All went well with one major exception. Boulevard recommended a home inspector who proved negligent. He did not indicate that our place had pbt plumbing, the subject of a class action lawsuit. It was visible at the time of the inspection and we are in the process of taking the home inspector to small claims court to the tune of $5,000.00. For this reason, we could not possible recommend Boulevard.
