Bill, a former contractor, is very professional and punctual. In fact he was already up on the roof when we got to the house we are buying. He works together with his wife Mary, who handles the finances, logs in all entries on the her computer, as well as checking kitchen appliances, cabinets and drawers from the feminine angle before Bill works his way into the inside of the house. This is the fifth home we've bought over the course of some 40 years and the longest (nearly 6 hours for the 4br 3ba house) and the most thorough inspection we've yet experienced. He encourages the prospective buyer to tag along and patiently answers any and all queries, stating his motto that "there are no dumb questions."
