Price was excellent. A lot of confusion in the office. Original worker quit on the company. We had a kitchen sink and water heater installed. Ultimately the project got done and we're happy with the work that was completed.

They responded the same evening I posted on Home Advisor and sent a worker out to the house on Sunday to do the work. The only negative was the worker didn't confirm the size of water heater prior to opening the box. I misread the gallon size of the unit but provided the measurements. The tech recognized the size inconsistency but didn't call me back to confirm.

I thought the price was higher than necessary and the mechanic sent to my home was pleasant, but not too great a plumber. The final product does not look as though a professional installed the water heater.

Sam did a fantastic job installing two toilets and repairing my tubs shutoff faucet valves and tub stopper. He was very meticulous about his work and making sure he cleaned up after himself. I would use Sam again for any additional plumbing work in the future. He took all the boxes and the old toilets away with him.
