Call for Plumbing's customer service was good. The plumber came late in the day. I called to check on ETA as CS did not follow up to let me know he was running late. The plumber was knowable and courteous. The lower score was because he charged $200.00 to unscrew a cap under sink pipe to allow the clog to pour out into small pail. I personally felt $200.00 was very excessive.

The plumber was on time, very efficient and pleasant.

The plumber, Kevin, was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions as he worked. When he was done, he tested the shower and even helped fix an unrelated problem to make sure the shower was working properly.

Technician knowledgeable, thorough, qualified, respectful , organized and neat. As President as the Association, we will definitely use him again for repairs and installations of pipes.

They called me right away and said they would have someone there the next day, which was fantastic. I was very happy with their service. They were able to replace my water heater the very same day. The worker was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained everything to me without talking to me like I hadn't a clue! Thank you. I will be calling you again if I need a new water heater in my new house!!!
