AQUA SOFT WATER SYSTEMS

They scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago. I waited all day, only to be told in the late afternoon that they cancelled. Awful Company, avoid like the plague.

I honestly have had the best experience with Aqua Soft. Full R/O system was put in my new house purchase - and the water is delicious. We are so happy. We had a couple questions on the system since install and the customer service has been excellent. They send someone out right away and each tech is as nice as the last one. Truly great product and support.

After installation of unit, a part broke after a few days, water had to be turned off. They repaired the part, but not after concrete was pulled up. The part broke again two weeks later, and again they came out to repair. I was told that would be the last last repair under warranty. 6 weeks later when i received a $99. bill for service to the unit, i called to tell them that there was no evidence of service being done. I spoke with three different individuals that had no concern for my dispute. So i refused to pay it. Meanwhile they have been calling harassing me about making this payment. This company has horrible customer service. To think you can spend several thousand dollars for service and product, put up with multiple repairs and inconvenience and later charge you for a service not rendered. Should have checked BBB for other complaints with this company.

Every year we travel down for the winter with our horses. We were concerned about the water quality at the barn so we did some research. We checked with a few of our neighbors and other local stables and we were told time and time again to call Aqua Soft. We gave them a call they came out and tested our water for free and recommended what we needed to do for the water. Within less then a week the system was installed, we are thrilled and so are the horses.

Our salesman was John and he was very knowledgeable about wells and how deep they needed to go in our area. He was very thorough in going over everything and answering all of our questions. When Darren came out to drill the well he was very careful in laying down these planks (not sure what they call them) in our grass so that we would not have huge ruts in our yard. I was surprised how fast the well went in and he stayed for some time making sure it was good and pumping on it. I was worried at first because it looked muddy but he assured me it was fine and he was right after pumping on it the water was clear as can be. We are very pleased with our new well and not having to deal with the sand in the water like our old well Everyone at Aqua Soft was very friendly and professional.

Stu was great when he came out to our home at 7pm at night and fixed our pump. When he came out I was expecting that I would need to replace the pump but it just needed a repair. He certainly could have sold me a pump to make the sale but he was not only friendly but honest.

I have been a customer of Aqua Soft's for 18+ years. We purchased our first Kinetico 1996 and have never had any issues with it and we have nasty water. I love the fact that its non electric and I don't have to mess with any timers. We also have a carbon filter and it has worked fine over the years. We use Aqua Soft's monthly service which is a huge plus I don't have to worry about my system and they check it over when they are out. Well after 18 years of service our Kinetico needed to be replace. I didn't even think twice about any other system. Aqua Soft has always been prompt with their service, the installation went smooth and we love our water. This time we decided to also purchase a reverse osmosis. I am loving my RO water and could kick myself for not getting one of those years ago. Now I no longer buy drinking water. I did read the review below where someone was upset about their rebed. I have had my carbon filter rebeded a few times over the years and never once did I have an issue. Their technicians have always been professional and the few times I have had to stop in at their office the one shop man Pete has been more than helpful. I fully recommend Aqua Soft to all of my friends and family.

Ted the salesman came out and explained in detail about their systems. He worked with our budget and gave us options and explained the differences so we could make an informed decision. Ted kept in touch and set the appointment for the next week. The tech was there early, but luckily I could accomodate on that day, and the tech waited for me to get home from work. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and the system looks great. The whole house soft water makes a big difference. Now our dark clothes won't fade as quickly in the wash, I use less detergent, and my skin feels great. The drinking water is tasteless and there are even options of filters to add back minerals to the water.

Staff replaced equipment in a timely and professional manner. They simplified our PVC plumbing design and instructed us on the use and care of the equipment. We have used this company in the past and have found them to be helpful and professional with our water system needs.

I went to their office to request that my carbon filter be and quot;repackedand quot; with carbon. After a 15 minutes wait, because only one person behind the counter knew what the price would be, I was asked how large is my filter? I stated I didn’t know so they actually looked at their computer records (they installed the filter in 1997) and said and quot;Oh, you have a 3 cubic foot filter, most are 1 or 2 cubic feet. It will be $255.00 to repack it. They then show up two days later on time but with only 2 cubic feet of carbon and quot;sorry most only have a 2 cubic foot filter and it just said repack on the order I got from our front officeand quot; I will come back after Thanksgiving.and quot; So they came with 3 cubic feet of carbon and only after they were done said and quot; by the way it is $385.00 for the repack, I know you were told $255 so you can call the office and argue about it, but it is $385.00and quot; I only use this firm because they are the filters representative in this area. DO NOT BUY AN AQUA SOFT FIILTER OR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS unless you want to have these surprises. A new filter is more than I can afford now, but as soon as I get the money, I am removing their equipment and my association with this firm. This is the third time they have had to make several trips for routine maintenance and each time the price goes up.

We've used Aqua Soft for years to service our old water conditioning equipment. Since our house uses a well instead of city water, this equipment is critical to getting decent water. Recently, the water quality has deteriorated due to rusty water from the well. Aqua Soft went over the options for fixing this issue with us, which ranged from simply drilling a deeper well (about $1000) to adding extra filtration equipment to a top of the line solution. We did choose the most expensive solution, which was drilling a new deep well and replacing the existing equipment with a whole house reverse osmosis system. This new system produces higher quality water than our old one ever did and it is much easier to maintain. They installed the system, which required multiple visits to the house, within a week. They returned a few times to go over the operation with me. And since then, it has worked flawlessly. I'm very pleased with the improvement in quality.
