John has extensive knowledge of all types of plants especially ones that are native to Florida and do well in our area. He and his crew showed up on time and worked quickly. This company is fraudulent. They took our money for a design, and then they never responded to us again despite multiple phone calls and emails. I have copies of emails and notes of all of our efforts to contact them for the work. After “Dr. Kiah” took our money, he answered one call and stated that they were “out of the country...” Beware! Update 10/03/2023–I have not viewed the you tube response; however, I must add that I was FINALLY contacted the day AFTER I posted this review. The call was dropped due to bad reception in our area of Loxahatchee. I tried to return his call three separate times, but again…he does not answer. I was prepared to offer him a portion of the work that has not been completed in order to recoup our lost money. How can any professional honestly operate a business without responding to clients by phone or email?

Great worth ethic, and hardworking crew. Any questions we had they would answer right away and made the design of our front and backyard so beautiful. American Landscape Designs, John, did an amazing job clearing horse paddocks for Freedom Riders Academy in Wellington.
