Watch out! Luis took our money without performing his service in December. He even lied when asked if he completed his duties assuming that we were still up north and couldn't check the condo. We weren't. He cashed the check and violated our trust and lost a cherry job. Shame of it was that Luis Mejia was a referral from a friend. Gives housekeepers a bad name.
Description of Work: Luis seemed trustworthy as he started cleaning for us regularly in May 2010. Although he had a regular weekly commitment, it was catch as catch can with his team showing up at 5pm and sometimes later in the day on a day that was convenient for them. We were clearly forgotten and tagged on at the end of their day but we remained flexible and forgiving. The service performed was good once they showed up.
