Initially the installation was OK good but they follow up on maintenance and repairs is horrible they use parts that are not sized properly for the compressor and refused to come back and replace it and wants to continue charging service fees the warranty on the equipment is horrible. It took them three days to replace a Compressor fan didn’t have the proper parts replaced it with a smaller fan refuses to come back and put the right size fan in and wants to charge additional services for each time they return even though they didn’t do the job right in the first place

Put it in quick, Lousy customer service when trying to get them to fix their own mistakes. Will not answer the phone. BEWARE!!!

If I could give a NO STAR review I would! This company is an absolute disgrace. I had a leak coming from my ceiling for months. My landlord hired this company to assess and repair the damage. They replaced the entire AC system with a brand new CARRIER unit and charged my landlord probably over 1k for the work, and for the past 6 months it does not work, does not blow cold air, freezes over and the leaks are still happening. They have come to the property over 20x to add freeon and never fix or are able to find the actual problem with the new unit. My landlord has asked them to honor the warranty and get a new unit but they refuse and insist there's a problem with the coil now, which I find hard to believe. I'm no expert but neither is this company or their many sub contractors that have come to my home. It's been a week now of living in 80 plus degrees with fans. I've had to pay to stay in hotels and at friend's houses. It's ridiculous. Jamie is the owner supposedly. He is non responsive he shows zero consideration and has complete lack of respect for his customers. I have spent over 30 days collectively without AC but no one cares because they are not the ones suffering with little ones at home. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the time, money and aggravation, they are Not worth a penny.

AC was replaced and stopped working within hours because they did not purge the drain line. They contracted to clean the ducts, they didn't do it. When I called about cleaning the ducts they said they don't clean ducts.

It went awful. They sent unprofessional and negligent technicians. They don’t know what they are doing. The one they sent messed up with the drain pan and I had water damage.

First of all, This contractor did not install the UV light as written on the invoice. They may have tried to deceive me as well. They did not place warning labels on the outside of the inside air handler which gave me a clue that no UV light was installed. I know it was not installed because it is not over or under the evaporator coil. I looked. So in fairness I gave them 3 changes to make it right but they failed all of them. After I talked with them on the phone about the missing part twice he said they would come over and install it but again they blew me off. The AC installed works as expected but AMC is unprofessional. The are untrustworthy so I'd say find another contractor to fix or install you AC. You have been warned.

These guys were fantastic the first employee came out took a look cleaned out our AC system thoroughly and even took me up onto the roof to show me everything. They came back a few days later when the leak continued and found the problem had nothing to do with the air conditioning unit
