+ -1 moreThey come in every two months. They're good. I've been using them off and on for the last 12 years since I've been here. They took care of the problem when there is a problem. I called them and said I want the other guy because he was excellent and willing to work with you and solve the problem.
Description of Work: I've used Ambassador. I had a problem with something in expensive dog food that I bought and he's the one who discovered them; he helped me with that.

Description of Work: I bought the Angies deal for one time, whole house at $49, however when thy got to the home there was evidence of German roaches which is excluded by the 'Deal'. To treat the home cost an additional $100, which I have come to find is the standard initial rate, but by buying Angie's deal it cost me $49 more, and I had to have them return since the treatment did not resolve the problem

Additionally, he also answered all of our questions and gave me us some very helpful tips regarding the habits of termites (which was our main concern). We were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge and would highly recommend the company, especially Jesus. Thank you.

+ -1 moreWhen I was 8.5 months pregnant with my second child I found a mouse in my bathroom! I called Sherry at Ambassador and she sent someone right over even after hours! They routinely take care of the pests (ants, chinch, weevel, wasps, and others) in my yard! Whenever I find an unidentifiable pest I send over a picture to their Facebook page and get a response within hours if not minutes as to what it is! With 100% accuracy!

+ -1 moreI signed up for a year's contract and highly recommend them. We had a misunderstanding regarding their ad in the Angie's List booklet and they were very fast to resolve the mis-communication and I was very impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have been having a problem with German roaches. They came and did the house...the outcome was exactly as they indicated, that I would see a lot more bugs for a number of days, both dead and alive...and they were right, but by the end of the week I have not seen any and I am thrilled.

Description of Work: Ambassador Pest handles in my interior and exterior pest control. They keep ants, roaches, spiders, etc out of my house as well as prevents fleas, ticks, ants and other bugs from destroying my lawn. They are always timely, my techs (both Jesus and Brad) are fantastic and knowledgable, and the customer service is always sweet and helpful. They have great rates and know much more than my past two pest control companies.

+ -1 moreThe tech phones every time before showing up. He is very professional. He does a good job of spraying the hedge however... the white fly has returned. We called and the company immediately booked the tech to come back out. I'm not blaming the company in the least! I am happy with their attitude and responsiveness. The effectiveness of the treatments will remain to be seen over the next 6 months. So far, we're happy with them in the first 6 months of service.
Description of Work: Takes care of our ficus hedge every 3 months in the ongoing challenge of white fly in South Florida.

+ -1 moreJesus came and solved the core of the problem. Two sepparate issues. He came and got to the problem. Bugs in cat food bought from store and bugs in pantry. Need to store boxes in platic containers so they can't invade other boxes. Boy did we get rid off alot of rice, macaronni etc. and cat fod stored in plastic containers but had bugs in the bags from where I bought it. He was wonderul, this bug problem was driving me crazy.........All Solved thanks to ambassador and Jesus.
Description of Work: Came and took care of on going problem. This problem was supposiidfly take care of by another service 3 times with no results, still had problem.
