+ 0 moreWe are extremely pleased with Aluminum One Shutters and Siding Inc. I called about six contractors which Charles was the only one that called me back immediately and promptly came out to give us a quote. We had T1-11 siding removed and replaced with vinyl siding which he also installed insulation. Norris was the employee doing the work. There isn't anything Norris couldn't do. We were very pleased that Norris knew all of the codes and didn't cut any corners even down to making sure the nails were the correct size and properly spaced. We recently had new Impact windows installed which Norris did a wonderful job trimming the outside of the windows. The house was built in 1940's and looks awesome thanks to Norris! Once the siding was complete we asked if they could help install two screen doors. Norris had other jobs to do, however, he squeezed us in 7:30am on Saturday morning. Not many contractors would do that for a customer. We have other work to be done with the house which we'll definitely be contacting Aluminum One Shutters and Siding Inc. Their pricing was beyond fair and schedule was flexible to meet ours. If you need a professional contractor for just about anything I highly recommend to call Charles the owner and request Norris! Thank you again Norris for an excellent job! You are the BEST!!

+ -1 moreThey did great. I referred them to my next door neighbor and they put decks for them. I like their imitation and they were out there. They informed me when they had to do an emergency project at somebody’s else house because there was a leak that they needed to fix which I understood. They did not try to up sell my neighbor on things.

+ -1 moreWe had new windows installed by a window company. The trim was not completed as it should have been. Christopher came, gave us an estimate which we accepted. The next day his crew was there and in six hours our nightmare was over. Steve and Ryan were professional, knew what they had to do and got it done.

He then came back with an offer to do the job for $3000. He sounded very professional but I had the feeling that I was being overcharged.

+ 3 moreI was determined to use "Hardi Board" which Chris does offer, however; he demononstrated the advantages of Aluminum & Vinyl. So much so that he gave me local addresses that were represenative of his "reccomended" materials dating back as far as 25 years and the job looked like it was just done .... truly a test of time. This man definetely knows not only his product, but his competitors products as well. He never spoke badly of his competitors products but very matter of factly demonstrated the various materials longevity. As an added bonus, Chris has live in Palm Beach County his entire life and knows who to contact to get the job done right the first time.

+ -1 moreIn 13+ years of living in Florida he is the WORST businessman I have ever dealt with. He makes promises he does not keep and he broke our contract, refused to talk with me, and then called the cops on me. I find the entire event preposterous and absurd and the idea he would not complete the job, repeatedly ignored my calls, and then called the cops on me gives you an idea of what he is like to deal with . He appears to me to be unstable, unreliable and untrustworthy. His wife appears to be no different. First, when I showed her the contract with his name, his company name, his phone number, his license number, etc, she told me she knew nothing about the business. After I told her I was considering taking him to court, she told me she took care of all of his books and demanded to see my canceled checks. Wow. Talk about odd. If you make the mistake of dealing with this company, be prepared for some very weird stuff
Description of Work: The job began on 04/22/05 and was never completed. Over the years we were repeatedly told by Mr. Moore that he would complete the small portion of the job that was never completed - the bathroom door by the pool; an area of only 36 X 88 inches. Despite repeated calls - rarely, if ever, responded to - the job was never completed and I sort of let it slide because it was too much of a hassle dealing with this man (he is the most unreliable and untrustworthy man I have ever dealt with). Recently, we were notified we were going to lose our insurance and the new insurance company wanted an inspection proving all the doors/windows of our house were hurricane ready. So, the last 11 - 12 months we have been trying to get him to complete the work - all of which had been paid for. ON the phone, he promised my wife it would be done. And he refused to do it. On the phone he promised me he would do it. He never did. He actually came to our house and we showed him the contract with his name, business name, license number, canceled check etc and he claimed it was not his company. "But, I'm a nice guy so I will do it." But, he never did the work and he never responded to,literally, dozens of phone calls. Finally, I'd had enough so I went to his house, twice, and handed his wife info and showed her the contract, etc and the next day he threw some rusty panels on his front lawn and some hardware and told me to "go get em. I did get them and then I received a phone call from the Police warning me to stay away from his house; which, of course I will. They told me to take legal action if I have a problem with him..and I still might.
