Alpha Foundations

If you want to save yourself a few headaches and much stress, don't hire Alpha. I hired Alpha Foundations (Miami) last year to lift the concrete around my pool. The first day on the job they busted a pipe. They repaired it, but I didn't need the stress and uncertainty. Before that, they had to reschedule the job because their equipment broke down (this seems to be a normal occurrence for them). Then, on the last day of the job, I was sprayed with Poly accidentally, which I washed immediately as it was giving me an allergic reaction. A year later, Jesse came by for the year check-up and I reported an area that has sunken again. He clearly saw it and scheduled a service to have it repaired. After another reschedule due to equipment failure, 2 men show up at my house and they are clueless as to why they are there. One of them had worked on the original job. Suddenly, they can't find anything wrong. By this time I was under the impression that Jesse had provided either pictures, drawings, or both, and after much explaining on the phone, when they finally find the area, the original guy tells me it looked like that the whole time, and they had never repaired that area. Not true. Everything was leveled when job was completed. This area has sunken again. Mind you, I can't take time off work. I'm trying to do this on the phone and they are in denial mode. Jesse wasn't answering his phone. After some back and forth and them stressing me out once again, I remembered all the stress they put me through the first time and asked them to leave and not fix anything. At this point, I was afraid they would break something else and make matters worse. I don't trust this company. So a few thousand dollars later, I still have sunken concrete in my backyard.
