 + -1 moreAllied Home Inspection Company completed my home inspection in the pre purchase stage of my contract. It was my first time buying a home and I had a lot of questions. The home inspector, Joel, is the business owner and was the one who conducted the inspection. Joel was very knowledgeable, meticulous in the inspection, and patient with all of my questions. Joel went over all of the information and inspection points with me at the end of the inspection. He gave me advice on ways to make improvements to the home in order to save money on my home owner's insurance policy in the future. The company utilizes a very user friendly software for the report and I was able to share it easily with others (when I was shopping for home owners insurance and such). Joel was also easy to reach and happy to answer my questions even after the inspection was complete. I felt like I was in good hands and I highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
