AllAmerican Shutters and glass

I used All American Shutters and glass early in 2018 and spent over $7,000 in shutters and impact windows. I called them in December as I had an emergency situation with a broken bedroom window. I spoke to the same salesman that I had used previously. He said he would be using the same installer as before. I paid $750 for a small impact window that was installed immediately. The problem arose when I noticed the absolutely orange reflection at night. Nothing in my room is orange! When I contacted the salesman , he said it was a Home Depot window! He never revealed that to me. Furthermore, he is a subcontractor as is the installer. I contacted the owner and received no response. I trusted this company and they came first in my mind when I needed them . Never again... I need to replace other windows with impact glass but will never use this company.
