He was very prompt, came earlier than I expected, friendly, nice, and wore mask.

I called in the morning, they came before 12 noon. Rick was very pleasant, did the work necessary to get my gas turned on, and was very reasonable with his price. More I cannot ask from any plumber or contractor. This was a pleasant experience in that the repairs were done soon after I called and good enough for TECO to restore my service later that day. I would hire Rick again for any plumbing job with no hesitation and I recommend his services based on the work he did for me. The gas line from the large line running around my house had rusted through. Rick plugged the unnecessary line running to my pool area (that line was no longer being used for the pool heater since it had been replaced by a heat pump), and capped the now abandoned large pipe running around to the back of my house. The result was I had gas to all my appliances in the house and to my gas grill in back. with service restored at a minimal charge.

The first plumber sent out did a terrible job. Messy; control installed on a angle and not tight to the wall. Came up without adequate tools; no drop clothes; not concern for our home. However to the credit of owner Roy, he himself came back, ripped out the sloppy work and did a first-rate job. His handy man, Rick, who worked during the first attempt (but was not part of the bad plumbing work) was superb - careful, neat and knowledgeable. A pleasure to have working for us. Overall, after the first bad experience, All-star Plumbing did a first rate job and I would recommend them to our friends and family.

My friend who is a plumber, could not do the job that I needed done and he recommended All Star and I know the owner of All Star as well. They came and did a job for me, and I was very satisfied, but because my close friend is a plumber I would normally call him. Their price was less than what I expected. They came when they said they were going to come and they did the job they said they were going to do. Their price was good and I had no problems with them.

Called All Star Plumbing on a Friday and arranged for an appointment to look at the problem the next day and estimate repair costs. We were assuming worst case scenario. All Star arrived punctually. Rep from All-Star listened in detail to the issues and my prior attempts to clear the drain line. After asking a few questions, he and his associate went to work snaking the drain line. Within 30 min or so the slow drain/blockage was clear. Very professional and clean work. Total cost of the service was precisely what he had indicated before starting work. I liked that the rep started with a more standard (less expensive) approach rather than going right in with the "jet head" (more expensive drain clearing tool). He also answered a few other plumbing related questions I had. Overall excellent service, very professional and competent.

They went up on the roof and saved the thing that goes all the way down drain and he fixed the problem and we were back in business.
