They were nice people and the price was good. The service was good, but it was tough to get them scheduled.

All American, first service call in January, 2010. Replaced diffuser (2216112) and claimed to replace thermistor (2188819). Later found that the thermistor was not replaced. We had to call back 3 days later as this did not solve problem. They then said the circuit board (820163) needed to be replaced. They could not supply it as Whirlpool said it could not be delivered until February, 2010. I located a board from a supplier in New York and paid for overnight delivery. All American came back and installed circuit board and was mad they could not supply it and mark it up. The replaced board did not solve the problem and when All American came back they literally threw up their hands and walked out.
Description of Work: Freezer fluctuating around -30F. to -40F. Refrigerator freezing food and hovering around +20F. Compressor running 24 hours a day. Freezing of drain in bottom of freezer compartment. Drain blocked by ice and ice forming on bottom of freezer.

It didn't. We made an appointment for Sat 10/6/07 between 8-12. I called them to at 12:30 to see whether they were coming & again at 1:00 & 1:30 but got no response. They neither called to let me know they wouldn't be coming nor to explain why they missed the appointment & to try to reschedule. As it turned out, my washer control board was wet & just needed to dry out, & I managed to fix my dryer myself so it was a stroke of good luck the company didn't show, but still, they did fail to keep their appointment or apprise me of their situation.
