+ -1 moreHorrible. They are willing to have you leave reviews in order to get a coupon code, but they don't follow through and simply put you on hold forever. What a joke, once the rep came back in talking about an alarm trouble, meaning the same person monitoring the alarm was handling sales calls. Yikes. After 25 minutes, the representative just hung up! Clearly not someone I would trust to keep my home safe.
