They worked with us to help fix the mistake we made back in April and now we have an excellent 5 ton TRANE system. After Mike and Vernon tirelessly Installed it Edgar came back to perfect all of the nuances. To say he went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. During the hottest summer in the history of Florida they made sure to provide excellent customer support and service and we’re very happy. I highly recommend Airworx and Edgar They are professional courteous and provide comfort that passes inspection the first time.

One of our units failed. We understood that we had replacement insurance with them from the seller of our new home. They claimed that it was only a service agreement, We went ahead and got an estimate for almost $7000 and they replaced it. The dehumidifier did not work appropriately and four different service men came out over two week period. We finally got someone else to find the problem. Airworx was intent upon convincing us that 60% humidity was the best that could be done in Florida. I purchased three monitors to show them that the ten year old units were able to keep humidity under 40%.

They are excellent and are prompt. They give good service and I would highly recommend them. I will use them again.

They have been very helpful. If I have a problem, they come right now. The people in the office are also very nice, friendly, and responsive.

They started out rocky and they made out for it. I'm supposed to be still behind their warranty and the word when it came out, it was two different languages and they seem that made it harder, what was the reason that was written at the contract by the sales person, I had to argue, fight and even threaten to call my credit card company, and I did, to stop payment on the payment, and they finally they did what they honor what they say they were going to do.
