Installation when very well guys where very professional

The company was fantastic. They cleaned up after the work was done. Over all it was excelelnt. They were meticulous in the work. They were at house 8 am and they were done 6pm They will came back for the inspection. I was happy with them.

On the plus side, they came out the same day I called (Saturday). So they got 3 stars rather than 1 or 2. But the cost was outrageous. I needed 4 pounds of R410A gas, they charged me $95 a pound plus $175 service charge. Contractors can buy 25 pounds of R410A at HD Supply, Inc for $599 plus tax. So contractors are paying about $26 a pound for this gas. Air Marshall is marking this up almost 4 times plus charging $175 service charge. WAY too much money, this is a one and done, will not use them again due to the cost.

It went very well. Technician was knowledgeable, dedicated and courteous.

Too bad I can only choose an A. Richard and his crew are very professional, polite and respectful. They do deserve an A++++.They replaced my A/C unit.They worked for 12 hours, and did not leave until everything was properly inspected and functional. Will recommend to everybody without any esitation. It is very hard to find good business people that are willing to do right without ripping you off.

Air Marshall service was excellent, they were prompt and professional. I came home one evening late and my AC was not cooling I call their service and in no time they were there. After performing this service their work area was left clean and neat, which impressed me. Air Marshall fit me in the same day I contacted them. I advised that I have a 7 month old and they made me a priority. They arrived on time, they were very professional and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. When I got the final price I had to ask if there was a mistake. Very well. Richard the owner handled everything. He checked the space where air conditioner was to go inside and outside, gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and was there to do the installation with two helpers. He returned when the inspector was there to approve the installation and took care of whatever concerns needed to be addressed. We were very impressed with his expertise and would use him again.

The service provider came out to our house after hours as we requested (with no extra charge), and did an excellent job diagnosing our A/C and resolving the issue. In addition, the technician who arrived to our house was very courteous and professional - not only did he resolve our issue, but he also helped clean up the mess left behind by the previous a/c company. I contacted several other AC repair companies via email or website contact asking for estimate and most did not respond. This company responded right away with a guaranteed price including parts and labor. Another company came out about a week ago to look at the issue and they speculated it was the air handler blower motor. The first company gave me an estimate of much more than Air Marshall's estimate Plus the 1st company was asking for an advance deposit before scheduling the work. Air Marshall did not ask for a deposit and accepted full payment (credit card) after the work was complete and I accepted their work. The Air Marshall technician was friendly and professional. He actually arrived 2 minutes early for a 9 AM appointment. Timely appointments for home repair services are rare in my experience, so I was impressed that my time is respected by this company. The technician got right to work without delay. It took about 2 hours to complete the repair. The AC has been working great since he left. The technician shook my hand and wished me a good day. Some might think it silly to include these pleasantries in a review, but in an era when timliness, professionalism, and manners have gone out of style, this technician scored high points on all three. I will without hesitation call this company again for future AC repair issues. I have been treated fairly and honestly by them. In contrast, the first company I called began changing their story and bad-mouthing Air Marshall after I advised them that Air Marshall will do the work instead of them. There is something to be said for a company like Air Marshall who maintains their professionalism and does a good job at a fair price even when their competition engages in gutter tactics to try and save a job. My hats off to Air Marshall and their character. I hope they are very successful for years to come as I have added their phone # to my speed dial for future AC needs.

I been using Air Marshall for a wild and I am extremely satisfied with they services they are very polite friendly and they are punctual my A/C want out on Thrusday I call the company and they came on Friday (Veteran Day)they came but I had a small problem I live in a condo and the maintenance peoples where off and the trap to the roof was locked I finally got the key from the president by the time I got them it was to late I called the company Spoke to Richard he came on Saturday morning (his day off)to fix my A/C that company is very reliable I recommended to my neighbors they used the company and where very happy with them. no one except Air Marshall is touching my A/C # 1 in my book ++++++

It was refreshing to transact business with Richard Marshall. He is totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and what I have found to be very important, punctual. When I called him on Monday to do the install he was here the following day and completed the job neatly and thoroughly. Most important, an absolute gentleman. In addition his price was very competitive, weil within reason. Would certainly continue doing business with his company.

Richard and his helper were very responsive, even when having to return an extra time because the general contractor had not finished prep work. Professional: recommended equipment is working out well; they listened to our concerns regarding air flow and suggested solution has worked out; made as little mess as possible and cleaned up. Courteous: we spent a bit of time together waiting for an inspection, actually enjoyed the visit. Answered all our questions, and I haven't hesitated to call him twice afterward for follow-up questions.

Richard is very nice and accommodating. He came in and ran my air conditioner. It was not cooling off the room so he said he had to go check the attached part of the A/C on the roof. It took him a while because he had to figure out which unit was mine. He came back down to my apartment and told me that he saw the problem. A part was not working properly and had to be replaced. It was funny because my apartment starting cooling down as soon as he fiddled with that piece. He conveniently had the part out in his truck. It didn't take long for my apartment to start feeling quite cold. What a blessing because the summer was just getting started!!! We talked a lot, he is quite personable. Anyway, he told me how much it was $165.00, I gave him a check, which by the way he said he would wait until Friday to cash for me. Then he went on his way!!! I will definitely call him again if I have any problems. Very nice guy!!!!

Mr. Marshall was extremely professional and very clean. There was no less left in the home or work areas when the job was finished.
